Pothys swarna mahal as the name says it is really a swarna mahal. Excellent shop for textile and jewellery. The have enormous designs and collections. A multi store complex with bike and car parking. This place is located at Chrompet GST road. Very good interiors and attractive lighting. Always a good to go for shopping.

Very poor facilities for car parking. You have to wait for more than a hour just to park your car. They don’t have valet parking. In the underground you have to stay in queue struggling with breathing.

Loved this place. The ambiance was good, sales person were very kind. Also there were lot of collection in the gold section. Parking was also good. We had a peaceful shopping. Hope this continues ever.

Although they have a wide variety of collections, I would suggest you to get or buy gold from the local traders whom we know nd trust. Prices are way too high nd I didn't get any discount even after paying a lumpsum chit. Infrastructure, lighting are good. Their motive is to sell what they needed to sell. Its not like sell wt the customers like. A few souls are service minded, but many were not. In my opinion it's better to check nd compare the price b4 buying...

Worst experience. They have different descriptions for a product online and in the invoice.They sent the wrong product. Neither they are ready send the right one nor refund. Won’t buy anything from them online. Customer service is quite rude.none attends the phone call. Send the details to the email given in the reply before 3 days. No response yet!!!! What is the purpose of providing email and not bothering to respond? Never order anything from them… Not even worth for 1 star…..Even after providing all the details they don’t want to accept their mistake and didn’t make any effort to fix it. Not even bothered to answer any of it. They were copying and pasting their original reply. Just for an eye wash they are asking to contact through whatsapp/phone/email. Not worth the risk of paying our money and ended up in receiving what they have in stock. Shame on you Pothys..

They have really collection of clothes. Price from lowest to highest depending upon the quality of the material. They have ample parking but that even gets filled up during weekends. Even you need wait for sometime to park ur car or bikes. They provide some offers during festival time. They have also have food court, you can avail both veg and Non veg. Seating capacity is less. Also most of food items gets finished round 7 to 8 during Friday's, weekend and during peak festival time. Overall experience was good. They are not giving any free books. If you are purchasing something based on the bill value they are providing you the books on the ground floor.

Ground floor jewellery and 1st floor is for sarees. Saree collection is good and costly. Architecture is great.

Hi guys, pothys is a good brand for all the peoples in tamil nadu.. but they might spoil the brand in the name of offers... They are giving offers in and around expiry products..let me share my one of the experience happened... soya sauce is in offers which is displayed in the main offers area... Expiry of the products ends within a month..(image attached).. the usage of the product we use rarely in the food, so this will stay in our kitchen more than a months. Many of the soya sauce has been sold . I have told one of the supervisor regarding this issue.. i dont whether they ill highlight this issue ..So ladies and gentlemen, am not against offers but incase of any special offers in the festive season see to the expiry date, which is so mandatory for all one of us... Peace and stay safe

This shop is one floor in the building. Eventhough It is situated in a busy road it has parking facility. Apart from Gld jwelleries silver items are there. lot of models are available. They treat us well.

No much varities available. You can feel govt officer behaviour in Staffs. You have to request them to so some varities. Manger would be sleeping some where without noticing customers. No gift pack available. Many market complex are available in the same location, so can skip this one.

Thandapani sir from earring, Guru Prasad from Aaram section are very kind and helpful. They supported us with lots of patience throughout the day and finally General Manager gave us the best discount.

Gigantic and great work at entrance and interior too. Great collection in jewelry section. Necklace seems to be small but in grams it was high ...we were kind of doubtful. But they have great collections. But in women bangel bracelets they had very few collection.

Nice ambience and a lot of collections with various price ranges to choose from. Very courteous and helpful staffs. We also received free books based on the bill which is a good initiative. We spent nearly one hour in 3rd floor itself. Lots to explore. Will come back

I had visited 4 times till today for purchasing gold and dresses. Over all happy with their service and collections. My only problem with them everytime was their food service. Never ever will eat in their food court again..I strongly recommend others also not to eat there. Worst food experience in my life. Even if they give it for free I won't take that.. management really need to take action on this. Remember you are not giving food for free. Customers are paying for it. This is the reason I am giving 3 star to you.

Right from valet parking, this is good for shopping all at once. In terms of groceries, their prices are too competitive and some are cheap too. Plan and buy all groceries at once. It's a good place for families to buy groceries as per their budget plan. If you plan to buy groceries do not go for valet parking instead you can use underground parking so that during the exit you can carry things to your car easily.

Personally when I went with family we can see n number of collections for women's and even kids I can see lot of collections but for kids I felt less cottonnl dresses.. for mens bit confused few collections not upto the trend if there is come good dress rate is bit high other than that must shopping spot for family

5 star for service alone. Collection is large, many varieties and designs available for each item. The staff are well trained and disciplined, don't look over stressed or annoyed. They are willing to show many pieces patiently. Wastage and making charges are less when compared to many jewellers. Not too many varieties in diamond, good for bangles and ear rings
