Not worth the cost!!! I checked-in to this after seeing services they provide. But they are just advertisements. I am paying 12500+500 for 2 sharing, also minimum stay is 4 months with 10000 advance. 1. My room is never cleaned after I checked in (8 days), though they advertise as cleaning once every 3 days 2. I am living in a oven without access to AC, though I am paying for room with AC 3. We can seen dust in my windows and cupboards 4. Also we can see dust in stair railing as well

I went there for visit yesterday on May 7th 2022. I will be listing down the pros and cons of this below Pro 1. Organized i.e. you can easily get the location of this online and don't have to look on foot 2. The decor of the room is good (but not worth the cost) Cons 1. It is located quite in the interior and the road leading to the property is quite bad 2. The size of rooms are quite small for double sharing (kind of like cheap college hostel rooms just costing 10 times). It would be a digestible if they were private rooms at 12500 per month 3. They say that the room is an AC room but to use the AC you need to pay more. So in short you get an AC room at 12500 without able to use the AC unless you pay more. 4. The rooms are almost entirely enclosed, so without AC it will be an oven in the Chennai summer 5. In Tamil Nadu, the electricity rates are quite cheap with the first 100 units being free but here in this property, you pay ₹ 12 per unit. 6. There is no lift 7. The security guard does not know any language except Tamil, so not very premium service for this one. No issue with the particular guard, you get what you pay for. Here the managers are getting what they are paying for, but we as customers are not getting what we will be paying for. I mean if you are sporting something as premium service which will cater to people from outside mainly, the staff should atleast know English if not other languages too.

The place looks very good in the website but not all houses are the same Seeing the website I booked by paying 6000 advance even before coming down to Chennai But when I reached there I realised both men n women stayed in the same building and even the area wasn’t good It was too much interior n dusty roads with security guards always smoking The building had boys in more number around thrice the number of girls cuz of which I didn’t feel comfortable staying there So I didn’t join but they did not even refund my advance I’ve sent multiple mails to the ops guys n they said they can’t refund once paid Where as they don’t do the booking or reservation without paying the advance at all And even the person who I contacted for booking stopped answering my calls It’s been 6 months n I’ve lost my 6000 bucks

Droom style PG. Two single beds with two work desk. Huge wall shelf cupboard. Western toilet. Food is better with variety option. My friend pays 14 per month (rent +laundry+food+ EB) bike parking available in small area . Street parking is what people mostly do. Medical, tea and glossary shop are nearby The apartment is secured with smart lock. Over the building is maintained well. It's perfect for professionals and students.

I recently shifted from my college hostel to stanza living. No doubt it's a great place to stay if you are a bachelor or student. Their food is good and the best part is that they offer a variety of menu options. So you don’t have to eat dal chawal everyday, haha! Infact, one of my favourite dishes was their noodles and Manchurian.

Excellent, though pricy... Good food which is very rare to find in other hostels/PG's. Cupboards are big and spacious.

Just like Hostel, but food is definitely better than SRM Hostel. Better interiors and for few people it might be expensive but only a little bit more expensive than SRM University Hostel so it's manageable.

very unhygienic place.... yesterday itself in breakfast i got plastic pieces in my food....the washing machines are not working....which according to these ppl are were serviced just yesterday. the new washing machine also that is installed is in error mode as of now.
