Today I purchased Rs3087/- Bill no.640/3. Dear all don't go this shop particularly poonamallee Chennai shop.bcoz customer service is very very very worst especially Rajan and Kalil he was very poor handling in customer. They are not worthable ur store. He told time is over get out the store this is very good customer service👌👌👌.I will not come again this store. And they are not told ur offer after billing he told that offer how to know ur offer? This is very very very very very worst customer service in Reliance trends poonamallee.....iam very upset.... You will not take the action I have a record ur staff video I will spread out across the online.... My age is 37 I am going to lot of branded showroom but this is one of the worst store and experience in my life. Not ur product only Ur staff Rajan and Kalil very worst they are not capable Ur brand....

I am Sharing My Personal Experience With this Shop, I will Give 4* For shop ambiance and 4* for Dress, But i will give no star rating for staff's. I this Showroom More than 75 % of staff's behaviour is too rude,. And they are not solve customer's issue, Kindly give a proper training for your staff's how to behave 😡😡😡😡

Sales persons very worst... No smiling face... Only irritating for all things... If u want to trial the dresses they telling only 3 dresses to allow.. it's trends follow the condition 🤔 I don't know this... Anyway my experience is very worst experience...

This was a nice store..as far as i am concerned..i found great collection of men's casual and formal wears..!! The ambience of the shop was also nice..!! Price was also affordable but some regular brand cloths are too costly. This store is my sister's favorite place to shop. I too made a purchase of a t-shirt..!! Pic is shown below..!! Liked it..!!💜💜

I have paid for a bill through gpay. They told transaction was unsuccessful and told to pay again. So, I again paid it. But the transaction was actually successful and not refunded to me. when I enquired with my bank they also told transaction was successful. I have given proof of my transaction. Even after repeated visits to the store they are talking irresponsibly, they are not even showing proof for complaint lodged, they just say we have lodged a complaint just believe our words and they are not responding well. It's been a month since this happened and my money is not yet retrieved. How can they answer irresponsibly or not even take an action?

Offers are good but not clear. Staffs not explaining clear about offers. After billing only they explaining. Collections are good. Some staffs get anger if we disturb any collections arrangements. Senior staff doesn't ready to give enough response to customers. She acts like owner of the Shop.

I am giving 1 star to a Male salesperson who was at the billing counter today. Other salespeople were also Polite except one female employee. She was in the ground floor. The way she spoke was too bossy and rude. She asked whether we were buying in an offer. After that her way of treating us changed. Trends please educate ur employees how to talk to the customers. If u r selling something on offer it doesn't mean u r selling it for free. No one runs a business without profit. Apart from that rude woman, the overall experience was good. I will not say very good though. I'll not go to this Poonamallee outlet again. I'll try some other branches in the future.

Don't go in poonamallee Trends shop Customer treating behaviour is very bad.

Unlike any other Trends outlet I've been to before, this outlet was poorly organised. The clothes were just dumped into racks. If you try to take out one, atleast 3 more dresses will fall onto the floor.👎 👍They have quite a collection for kids.😀😀 I loved the collection for boys and I would have bought more if alone the clothes were well organised. 👎Only MRP tags were attached. No info about discounts were mentioned. One will only get to know about the discounts after being scanned in the billing counter. 👎The collection for women was unimpressive and nothing new. Just thw same old colors and designs. 👎👎The top floor has been alloted for men and the entire floor just reeked, with poor air conditioning.

I didn't find muany Plus size Western wear Collections here they were minimalI expected a lot but couldn't find much collections.Staff were really friendly .Another thing is they had not switched on AC in ground floor I guess we had went there when the shop was just opened like around 10:30am So I felt quite uncomfortable.Its good overall but minor flaws.Hope you guys will enjoy your shopping by not going with high expectations 🙂

Very worst service in this Poonamallee branch.. staffs are behaving very bad including security.. they are not giving proper response.. Heads, kindly take the proper action in this staffs..

Not a lot of styles or designs available here, due to the fact that it's been converted to a Offers and discount store. But you get descent discount for the dresses you purchase here.
