Incorporate
fitness,
as
you
can
see
from
other
reviews
is
not
a
regular
gym.
They
are
unique
in
the
sense,
the
trainers
and
the
training
methods
are
very
different
from
other
gyms.
We
have
been
working
out
there
for
the
past
four
months
and
have
seen
good
progress
so
far.
The
owner
-
Mr.
Shaiju
is
very
knowledgeable
and
has
a
strong
understanding
of
broad
range
of
techniques,
diets
and
workouts.
On
top
of
it,
he
is
genuinely
interested
to
share
his
insights
with
the
clients,
to
gently
guide
them.
He
taught
us
a
lot
of
workouts
and
exercises
including
ones
for
injury
prevention/rehab.
The
facility
is
set
up
in
such
a
way
that
most
workouts
are
tailored
to
individual’s
needs.
It
is
not
just
weight
training
everyday
but
a
combination
of
bodyweights,
isometric,
plyometric,
cardio,
yoga
and
compound
movements.
This
crucial
to
the
holistic
development
-
strength,
flexibility,
endurance,
agility,
and
of
course
muscle
development.
We
worked
a
lot
with
the
in-house
trainer
too.
Mr.
Siddarth,
who
has
been
amazing
with
his
constant
motivation
and
variations
in
workouts.
The
flexibility,
strength
and
cardio
workouts
are
a
killer
and
has
helped
to
get
us
to
the
next
level.
He
gave
us
a
lot
of
personal
care
and
attention.
Overall,
we
are
very
impressed
and
delighted
to
have
found
incorporate
fitness,
who
has
sparked
the
fitness
habit
back
in
us.

all
fitness
levels
to
