Decent place to conduct small functions with <100 members. Cramped sometimes if more crowd. Car parking at nearby ground temporarily. Since metro construction is in full swing and due to bumpy roads it might be difficult to find this place from madipakkam main road. Overall hall is good, neatly maintained , ground floor with two wheeler parking, first with minihall and 2nd floor with dining hall and restrooin washing area

An excellent mini hall to conduct functions for a 100+ crowd. It's easily reachable by bus, and share auto from Vanuvampet. Clean place and ideal for Seemandham, Aayushhomam, Engagement. Very reasonable rent. Car Parking can be a bit of a challenge. It is fine if you are okay to park it in streets 300 meters away. In summary, worth the money.

Booked for my son's upanayanam...hall is ok .. they informed by 12 o clock during peak of function, that we have to vacate by 2 to 2 30 pm as another engagement function fixed by evening...created lot of tension. Before we vacate, next function preperation like decoration started creating inconvenience to guests. They could have informed this earlier.

The hall is neatly maintained and is good for small functions up to 80 members. The hall is located in a residential place, there is no dedicated parking space for 4 wheelers and it was difficult to get a parking space near by.

50 people can be accommodated. Good for small functions. Function hall in first floor with attached a/c room with toilet. Second floor is for dining. Very near main road. No parking space available. Staff were cooperative.In the ground floor four rooms are available. Two rooms with attached bathroom. Two common toilets are there.if parking is available i will give more stars.

Worst maintenance of rooms - full of mosquitoes, unclean bed covers unhygienic restrooms - full of cockroaches, rude and irresponsible manager. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

For small functions, yes. This hall is good and well maintained. Looks decent as well. There is not much of parking space, but it can accomodate around 50 people inside the hall. Car parking is not much supported.

Small AC hall in first floor with dining in second floor. No parking facilities. Have to park car in nearby roads or of road is free. Good for Birthday or small functions. See to that you don't have many visitors who come by car.
