Located in the top floor with Marina Beach view. I was told this property is for sale. Poorly maintained.

Very very Near to Marina beach. Located on 6 th floor of Manhattan hotel. Open air seating. Simple seatings. Seatings are quite simple. Service is super fast. Good complementary finger provided. Likkkeeeeddddd it. Food served has a good quantity n taste is awesome. You get a great view from here and nice breeze flows over. Surely it's highly recommended for a quick drink session. Pricing wise is competitive.

Great non fancy place to kickback n relax on a weekend day out. Have an awesome view of the marina beach. Reasonably priced beers and food. If you like enjoying solitude with not much noise and crowd, perfect spot to hang out!

The seaview rooftop bar opens only in the evening at 7pm. I went in the afternoon. It's a closed, air-conditioned space, one floor below. The staff are nice. The prices are reasonable.

One of the best garlic fish I have ever had. This place is on the top floor with a view of marina beach within a closed environment. The service was excellent and the variety of snacks they provided with each bottle was out of this world. Great hospitality.

Unclean bar. Has a smell to it. Unclean pint jar. Dishes were fine. But the cleanliness of the bar is questionable.

This restro bar is a cool place to hangout near Marina Beach area in Chennai. The view from the terrace is great. You get to see the whole of the beach. The beach is the ambience here, as the view makes the place so serene. The variety and quantity of accompaniments given by the restro is another good thing to point out here. It's a refreshing place and different from an usual restro.

The AC area is decent. But the best part of this bar is the terrace. You will never find a view like this overlooking the sea in the heart of Chennai. Although the metro construction has screwed it up a bit. But still the view is amazing. The liquor is not as expensive as the other bars where they steal your money it's decently priced. The sides they provide are also good. The chilli egg is a must try and it goes well with the beer. You're allowed to smoke on the terrace without any restrictions. The only problem with this place is the restroom. They need to fix it cause it's not up to the mark. But still a good place to chill with your friends with some drinks.

The sea view arrangement not available now. Only a congested small room is serving as the bar. Went there seeing the reviews. But utterly disappointed. No variety of beer too.

The rooftop was the only reason we went there.. It's not maintained properly and we can see lots of underwears here and there and flower pots rotten. Clearly it's not maintained. Please remove old pictures which Clearly misguided us. On top of this, nothing we asked was available and just very less variety of alcohol and sides. Definitely not gona visit again nor gona recommended to Any.

Prices are okay. The toilets at the roof gatdern are not up to the standard.

A fuss-free bar that provides a good view of Marina beach. It’s safe and inexpensive. I’ve been here a bunch of times and always had a relaxing experience. Finger foods (side dish) are also provided alongside whatever you order.

One of the best place to hangout with your gang in Chennai. A roof top resto bar with sea view is incredible.
