I know this is one among the best catering company in Chennai, so I booked it for my reception. but what I gone through is the worst experience ever in the overall servicing.Received very bad review from all my family members and relatives. No one is happy and satisfied with the quality of service provided and people they deployed for servicing looks to be not a proper experienced persons who doesn’t even provide a quality work at servicing and they doesn’t know any south language become a very challenging in organising. And though I have requested several times to the owner to make the event best as I spent 70% on food and catering from overall my marriage budget but still received a very big disappointment. What I realised and a suggestion to this company is always think about providing quality food and service to customer. Cost cutting on servicing people will lead this kind of bad experience to customer and their family members.

Booked this catering service for my sister's wedding on Feb 12, worst service ever. All the more they had promised food for 1000 people and all the items got over between 7-8pm. Nobody was satisfied. One can never flourish by cheating on food service. For events like wedding time management is very important.Please work on your managers, service and food taste.

Hotel Kasikannu is one of best Veg hotel in poonamallee. Best thing is this hotel not using any synthetic colors, not using tasters like Ajnomoto etc. Good quality food with affordable price. My daughter marriage event made on 21/08/2023. Very nice quality with taste. No caterers can be compared in Chennai with kasikannu. My only advice is that please keep coffee/tea stall (early Morning 5 am) at the earliest this will enable çustomers to feel nice experiences for early marriage event (say 6-7.30am).
