Metha hospital is located in near Thiruverkadu, Chennai. This is a hospital with numerous specialized departments including oncology,cardiology,and nephrology. I visited last day with my nephew. A well organised hospital with all facility. Inpatient facility available. Very neat and hygeine. All staff members are helpful and caring.

Room has TV connection, wardrobe, extra cot for attenders, table with draw, bathroom is clean. Hospital has spacious parking under the shade of mango tree. Located near main road. Lift available.

Had went there for master health check up. Their prices are very reasonable after discounts. The doctor explained what is the test being done, why and how it is done patiently before starting the test. That was a great relief for ppl like me who don't know much about these tests. Infrastructure is of top quality and very friendly staff. Regular follow up by assistants about our appointment. Not too crowded.. Really had a nice experience.

My family and relatives have been availing health care facilities since they opened this hospital. However, recently my relative admitted in this hospital and the service became very bad. The staff's time management is very poor. They are charging very abnormally. The doctor advised to move the patient to the ward at 1pm and they shifted to the ward @ 11pm and charged the half day ICU rent. Investigations are very slow and not like it was two years back. Scan and laboratory charges are marginally higher side if you compare with leading laboratories.

Went for Master health checkup. Service was very good. Mr. Varadharajan guided us throughout various tests and coordinated with the team to complete the tests. Doctor explained the test result in detail and required lifestyle and diet changes and prescribed medications. Overall very satisfied with the health checkup service. Cost was affortable. My wife consulted and admitted in the hospital for second baby delivery. Dr. Subhaisini was really nice and soft spoken. She given feedback very clearly and taken care of my wife health till delivery. Also after delivery, rooms are very clean and hygiene. Nurses and doctors also given very nice services in all the shift.

I went to this hospital to do general health checkup with a sceptical mind. To my surprise it went very well. First it’s a very big infrastructure and less crowded. Executive Master health check with good discount (just Rs 2800/-) and covered almost all checks. The doctor consultation was very satisfying. The doctors listen to patient history patiently and given right direction for health. They didn’t jump into prescribing medicines. Throughout the health check process there was an attender guiding us. Overall satisfied.

We were received with hospitality and the staff who guided us was exceptionally good and deserves an applaud for her smooth guidance and hospitality. Reception was good. Guidelines were given in detail. Well explained about the procedure. Sample collections and other checks were fine to my satisfaction. A very good hospital with highly maintained compliance on systems and procedure. But such system can be simplified for visitors to understand very legibly. Appreciated the inclusion of breakfast in the health check package, however hospital canteen food taste quality was not good.

My SIL got admitted in Velapanchavadi Mehta for Dengue fever for 5 days. We had really a bad experience considering all aspects like cleanliness, staff response and answering our queries. It was almost an hour since we informed about wash room cleanliness but no one attended. If you have guts fight and strength to get your need, you can go here for your medical needs.

Totally good experience with this hospital & best hospitality especially night every hours nurses visits and taking care of me I don’t know his, and one North Indian person so kind he is only to moving with ward and icu, kind hart person, and customer relationship manager was good. I appreciated the privacy and tranquility of the space, perfect for relaxation and rest. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh and crisp. The medical and nursing staff were kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They provided me with exceptional care and attention, making me feel safe and reassured during my stay. The nurses were attentive to my needs and always checked on me frequently. The doctors visited me regularly and answered all my questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. In addition to the medical staff, the cleaning personnel were also wonderful. They were very thorough and ensured that the room was always clean, tidy and welcoming. However, the only issue was with the bath water, which I found to be very hard and salty. Although I understand this is a regional issue, it made it a little uncomfortable to use. Overall, my experience at this hospital was fantastic. The staff, facilities, and level of care provided were outstanding. Thank you for a great experience!

Good multi specialty hospital in Velappanchavadi. They take modern equipment for rent from suppliers for surgeries. But they don't pay their suppliers on time. Otherwise they offer basic services. These services are provided by experienced doctors and staff members.
