Took
annual
checkup
here
today...
1.
Blood
test
lab
-
Mr
Babu
was
very
polite
and
professional..
No
pain
during
blood
collection.
He
made
sure
things
are
comfortable
by
general
talk
and
questiining
as
I
was
afraid
of
needles.
2.
TMT
,
PMT
and
ECG
-
Ms
Beulah
was
very
kind
and
professional.
She
was
explaining
things
in
detail
and
ensured
I
am
comfortable.
3.
X
ray
and
ultrasound,
and
audiometry
were
taken
in
very
professional
manner.
All
nurses
were
extremely
helpful
and
were
guiding
with
passion.
Now
getting
into
the
things
that
could
be
improved
(needs
improvement
for
sure
as
felt
bad)
The
first
receptionist
told
that
if
I
can
come
by
8.30,
things
can
be
handled
and
without
much
wait.
Later,
yesterday
another
receptionist
called
and
told
if
I
reach
by
7.15,
some
priority
can
be
made
and
can
complete
tests
soon.
I
reached
by
7.15
(2
members
were
before.
Me)
-
only
to
start
my
first
test
(blood
test
by
7.55)
-
even
the
first
person
who
came
(before
me)
was
sent
for
blood
test
just
approx
5
mins
before
me.
Blood
test,
x
ray,
ecg,
tmt,
pmt
were
complete
by
9.45.
I
was
told
to
go
and
have
food.
They
will
inform
when
ophthalmologist
and
audiometry
personnel
were
available
and
let
know
me
a
time
for
me
to
come
-
I
told
I
done
come
from
nearby
locality
and
if
ok,
let
me
come
by
afternoon.
She
mentioned
that
she
will
confirm
ophthalmology
and
audiometry
personnel
availability
and
confirm
and
confirmed
that
audiometry
person
will
come
by
10.30
and
asked
me
to
finish
breakfast
from
any
outside
shop
and
come
for
which
I
obliged
and
was
back
around
10.25.
By
10.58,
I
was
the
first
person
to
take
audiometry.
After
completion
within
5-10
minutes,
I
was
told
ophthalmology
person
will
come
by
12
and
asked
to
wait
again.
If
this
was
the
case,
I
would
have
not
come
rushing
by
7.15
and
would
have
come
by
8.30
or
9.
Think
the
end
time
will
be
the
same
no
matter
if
I
reach
clinic
by
7.15
or
8.30.
The
first
person
I
think
was
helpful.
But,
input
from
second
receptionist
who
confirmed
the
visit
I
feel
was
misguiding
and
feel
hours
wasted
in
waiting
not
because
people
walere
waiting
before
me.
But
because
of
unavailability
if
few
personnel
by
this
time
for
which
they
should
atleast
advised
me
to
come
little
late.
Also,
AC
was
not
working
in
tmt
and
ultrasound
rooms.
When
I
reached
in
morning,
reception
room
was
not
chill
(mostly
because
ac
was
turned
on
just
few
mins
before)
and
they
had
table
fan
facing
receptionists.
But
nothing
for
us
who
came
to
take
tests.
Rathinasabapathi
