I was taking health check every year which is offered by my organisation... Last year with Aarthi scan Tambaram centre, I had horrible experience, my mom felt down in treadmill test though she is mid age... Bad instruction... The worst part is the technician didn't even came and update this incident. My mom got hurt... This year I was very specific, I gone through Google reviews, found this centre... As rated, all perfect... Will bring my mom and father whenever they need a test to be done. Thank you for the wonderful staffing, interior, ambiance. I enjoyed every bits of management work... Great place for your minor issues or to get the first view of your issue analyzes done and there the Covid vaccine is authorized and staffs are courteous and also facility is clean and ambiance is good. Stay safe and stay healthy!!

I felt that their lab charges are much higher than what other labs are charging. Their doctors write unnecessary medication and tests. Their nurses are well trained and professional.

This is how a clinic should be. Professional, courteous staff Spic and span premises. Offers almost all clinical services - diabetes, dental, opthalmological etc - under one roof. The only drawback is the rates are on the higher side compared to other nearby clinics and hospitals. Went for physiotherapy to Dr N Thulasi Ram, Chief Physiotherapist at Apollo Spectra Hospital, MRC Nagar, who is a thorough professional with decades of experience. Courteous, and has the ability to put the patients at ease. My shoulder pain almost went off after a few sessions there. Highly recommended.

Signed up “sugar 360”. Went in the morning for fasting blood test then after 2 hours went for other tests . Overhaul, it was excellent test covering A1c, lipid panel, CBC, ECG, Doppler , foot pressure, foot sense, UV of abdomen and retina test. They also do dental exam. Overhaul the dietitian who also did retina exam, chief nurse who did the Doppler and the dentist rendered outstanding service and very courteous. Felt very comfortable as the environment was clean and clean toilets and a couple of spots for parking. Highly recommend for one stop for complete test . This program is good for 12 months and repeat follow up for tests and dr consultation . Great job guys I also took COVID jab here couple of months ago 🙏👍👍😀

I took my parents to Apollo clinic Madipakkam for whole body check up. entire process was carried out in a smooth way. All the doctors met for consultation were really good .Especially Dietician Vijayalakshmi was very helpful in assisting our queries, explained thoroughly and provided proper diet consultation for the elder one's . Overall had a Good experience.

This clinic gives very good service for their patients and they are not making the patients wait for long for every tests. One after other they are requesting the patients to next room for other related tests. I am very much satisfied of their service 😊. Please do not go for comprehensive medical checkup to Apollo clinics. They do not serve breakfast for post prandial blood check. They will ask you to go out, have breakfast and come. I had also taken my 86 years old mother who had terrible experience of going out only for breakfast as she is having walking difficulty due to age. Never expected such bad experience with Apollo clinics. Worst part is that they will not tell this in advance. Reception Staff and management staff who are dealing with corporate tie ups behave rudely. Worst experience. Avoid using Apollo clinics

I tool my daughter to meet Dr. Lakshaman at Apollo Clinic madipakkam to consult about improper alignment of teeth. He explained about invisalign braces treatment and also showed me the whole treatment process in a digital scan video.I decided to go for invisalign and my daughter is very comfortable with the treatment process and now 6 months has been passed and we are very happy with the results. I happen accompany my sister to your Madipakkam clinic the reports was not ready after week claiming the printer was not working. Also no t fan felt suffocating in the reception. No medicine at your pharmacy we were directed to buy from outside.

Took annual checkup here today... 1. Blood test lab - Mr Babu was very polite and professional.. No pain during blood collection. He made sure things are comfortable by general talk and questiining as I was afraid of needles. 2. TMT , PMT and ECG - Ms Beulah was very kind and professional. She was explaining things in detail and ensured I am comfortable. 3. X ray and ultrasound, and audiometry were taken in very professional manner. All nurses were extremely helpful and were guiding with passion. Now getting into the things that could be improved (needs improvement for sure as felt bad) The first receptionist told that if I can come by 8.30, things can be handled and without much wait. Later, yesterday another receptionist called and told if I reach by 7.15, some priority can be made and can complete tests soon. I reached by 7.15 (2 members were before. Me) - only to start my first test (blood test by 7.55) - even the first person who came (before me) was sent for blood test just approx 5 mins before me. Blood test, x ray, ecg, tmt, pmt were complete by 9.45. I was told to go and have food. They will inform when ophthalmologist and audiometry personnel were available and let know me a time for me to come - I told I done come from nearby locality and if ok, let me come by afternoon. She mentioned that she will confirm ophthalmology and audiometry personnel availability and confirm and confirmed that audiometry person will come by 10.30 and asked me to finish breakfast from any outside shop and come for which I obliged and was back around 10.25. By 10.58, I was the first person to take audiometry. After completion within 5-10 minutes, I was told ophthalmology person will come by 12 and asked to wait again. If this was the case, I would have not come rushing by 7.15 and would have come by 8.30 or 9. Think the end time will be the same no matter if I reach clinic by 7.15 or 8.30. The first person I think was helpful. But, input from second receptionist who confirmed the visit I feel was misguiding and feel hours wasted in waiting not because people walere waiting before me. But because of unavailability if few personnel by this time for which they should atleast advised me to come little late. Also, AC was not working in tmt and ultrasound rooms. When I reached in morning, reception room was not chill (mostly because ac was turned on just few mins before) and they had table fan facing receptionists. But nothing for us who came to take tests. I went for health checkup at Apollo madipakkam. This is the first time am visiting that hospital. The service from them is too good. They are very much professional and right from the receptionist, sisters, doctors, everyone is too good. they spend time in explaining everything before each and every test they do. The radiologist explained me while she was conducting the test. Finally, Dr. Sowmya Nagarajan, she took so much time and patience to explain me about the reports and also suggested food habits too. I was very much satisfied with the service they do. Yes they charge more that other hospitals, but the quality is definitely there. i was using other center for my medical checkups these years and i saw and felt the difference. Thanks a lot guys.

I took 2 vaccine and home blood test sample collection and all people in reception, sister, pharmacy, blood collection person kalai were good and polite and guided us properly. Kalai took blood samples without pain and was accurate in keeping time in visiting home collection which I really appreciate.

Mr.karnan was so caring.. he had the knack to find my viens for blood collection which otherwise usually used to be a difficult task in other diagnostics . Thanks to him . Although I live close by, this was the first time I was here and surprised to see such a big facility I went for my second dose of Covishield. It was a great experience. The clinic was clean and tidy. the vaccination administration was well organized with good crowd handling. Staff were friendly and were patient enough to answer some of the questions I had. Took whole body checkup on November 1st yet to get my files on hand.. still physician consultation and mammogram is not done.. I don’t know what is happening there.. no follow up is done by them unless we follow to get updates from them.. poor service ..I gave 2stars for the clean and hygienic clinic but zero star for service

Worst experience I had ever had in any clinic. I went for sprained neck. Inspite of my pain, nurse was compelling me to rate the clinic when I was not even able to turn around. So more than my neck sprain rating had to be given then and there. The treatment I received for it has not yet resolved my pain. I recommend to visit any other good hospital near by. Rather than going to this clinic.

Went there for COVID vaccination.Very clean environment. Caring and attentive nurses.

Went for medical check up (for abroad travel purpose). The service was fast in comparison with other Apollo clinics. Good facility and the staff were very courteous. Not gonna discuss about price since it depends on the test that you request. X-Ray was also done comfortably. Moreover, the doctor I consulted was very friendly. I have given 4 stars simply because they don’t offer food post blood checkup unlike other Apollo Hospitals. You have to go out for breakfast. It is okay for young people but if old people arrives for checkup and if they have to go out for breaksfast, I don’t think it’s comfortable.

Only suggestion is to minimise waiting time for the department function. Especially for some of the services we need to wait for longer. Only one area where they need to focus. Management should take a call on this otherwise overall very good service.
