I
had
been
having
stress
related
issues
such
as
anxiety,
depression
and
insomnia
since
the
last
few
years.
When
I
was
working
in
IT
in
Bangalore
and
then
in
Chennai,
I
had
consulted
a
few
doctors
at
different
points
of
time.
I
was
on
medication,
had
counseling

but
nothing
really
improved
my
sleep
much.

I
had

to

life.
The

me
were
the
most

and
finally
I
started
getting
some
sleep.
My

also

I

and

me
to
strictly
adhere

timings
regularly.

by

my

decided
to
change
my
career
as
well),
I
felt
much

days
progressed.
I
have
been
sleeping
well
and
gradually
reducing
the

of
