They have a lovely collection of gowns. Whether it's for wedding day or the reception day or just as a party wear you can get many options here and that too at a very reasonable price. Material and stitches are upto the standard. Not only adults but also dresses are available for kids and small girls. Even you can match and buy accessories from the shop. They will even do customized dress as per need. The host was very friendly and helpful. She suggested us with many options. The interior of the shop is also nice. As it's in Porur, little far from the main city area but it doesn't matter if u gonna buy the best dress at best price.

Very good place to purchase birthday dress for babies. They have wide variety of dresses, the good part is, they will customise the dresses as per our need.

Bought gown for my daughter's 1st birthday. Excellent collections which you cant find it in any other shop. Good service. Little expensive but worth for money once your daughter wear the dress. I asked them to add few additional work design to the dress and they made it perfect but i felt little expensive for small additional work. Will visit again surely in future.

Dresses are very costly. Dresses are looking good. just blazers for Men and few matching collections. 3 stars just for dress looks & timely delivery. The kind of experience that i had with the shop owners are not really great. When dresses are costly you tend to bargain with them. If you can't reduce the price better say sorry you cannot, Instead do not say like you find another shop or talk rude with a smiling face. I could smell a lot of attitude in there.

Yes its the best shop if you are looking for the best gown/frocks for your little or grown up princess but i would not say it's a budget friendly shop.... You can customise however you may like but you will have to pay triple the amount.... Simple & neat....

Would prefer to give zero rating if there's an option. Worst customer service. They are too rude in responding to the queries. Unnecessary hype for normal designs. Expensive for that normal quality fabric. Diadem is hav8ng worthy collection than this. we at least get a warm welcome and quality worth gowns at Diadem.

You can get customized dresses for kids and also brides. Price is bit costly but its worth the cost. Collection for 6months are limited. But above 1yrs they have a good collection. Minimum price would be 5000. But you will surely like the dresses.

Shopped a dress for my baby girl for her 1st birthday. Dress is very beautiful and the cost also feels quite high. So we have seartlched 10 shops not satisfied with the dress. So we came back to here and bought. They are giving 2 dress for trial. If u ask for another 1 also they will not agree.

Highly recommend this shop. I just want to share my pleasant experience with this shop. I live in Ireland for 2 decades and I know very little about Chennai but Travelled all the way from Ireland to find the perfect saree for my daughter’s wedding without any clue.Just visited Felcy Fashion shop.The owner of the shop was off on that day with some illness but I’ve requested the staff if it’s possible to meet her because I wanted to discuss personally what I’m looking for and My stay in Chennai was just two days. Without any hesitation The owner came to shop in less than an hour and greeted me with smiling face. She happily agreed to design the wedding saree what my daughter is looking for. And I requested her to make the flower girl dress as well. With so much of doubts I went back to Ireland but honestly saying., she understood my anxiousness as the mother of the bride., she constantly messaged me and given me the updates. One fine day when we received the saree, the blouse and the flower girls dress., my daughter literally cried with joy. She couldn’t take her eye out from the saree . It is something that beyond our expectations. She sent us spare fabrics and Haberdashery’s as well. We asked for Mauve colour flower girl dress and we doubted that if she can do the correct shade but she managed to do the exact same colour we’re looking for. Without Renuka( Felcy Fashion’s) I wouldn’t be able to fulfill my daughter’s dream wedding saree. I’m sure every bride will agree with me that how important to have a perfect wedding attire. Good dress collection for kids....it's a good place for someone who can afford for their collections....but you can find the same dress for better price in Sowkarpet...but u gotta travel😞 The owner tries to understand your needs and provides the best that she can...they also customize... Provided you give them little time......

Totally disappointed with customer service.. Customers coming from long distances just by seeing reviews and all.. Please note not more than 2 pieces are allowed for trial...but product ranges on the higher side like 5k, 6k 7k and predominantly 8k.....Also customers are not fools to buy 8k products without trial..even big showroom products are given trials irrespective of the amount...please give bare minimum respect to the customers while responding... No one is buying for charity.

After a lot of research for my babies first birthday dresses, finally found this shop through insta and contacted them immediately at 11 PM in the night and got the response immediately. Even though it is last minute order, they accepted it and we got the dresses early both the dresses were awesome , fitted perfectly.Babies are soo cute like dolls😍 also got very good compliments for the dress. I felt overrated..and the material seems very normal..usual bright and shiny dresses with lack of elegance.. fussy too (not allowed to try unless you buy-smart but not customer friendly)..over all not that great..could do better or they will not flourish longer

They make amazing dresses... They have a vast collection of dresses for 1 yr old girls for quick buy. Price rage is Rs 2500+. They also customise dresses but they insist that we order 35+ days prior to our function. Yet their design n stitching is worth it. They also customise dresses for boys and full family. They also have ready made white wedding gowns and reception ball gowns. I got matching dresses for my two daughters and they were fantastic.

Very great experience of learning about how not to treat a customer and making them fool who came all the way to purchase the dress. Also learnt hereafter not to visit the shop. as they have their own rules, thats fair enough but the way of treating the customers makes a good business which they failed to do so.Because of their rude response we lost our interest to buy .But really thanks to them for making me to find out better places.if you are taking the good comments then pls be ready to take the critisism aswell which you missed.nothing personal just a customer's perspective. I went for my baby dress for bday... the customer service is good ...as per the dress i definitely say there's nothing special when compared to other shops becoz the cloth... material every this is nrmal for heavy design heavy cost like 9 k ....🤷🏻‍♀️is that necessary...botique means high cost.... starting cost 5 k...no bargaining fixed price ....but i got the bday dress in our budget ...that dress baby can wear for one time that much cost is not necessary for one dress... tq mam....for giving me experience

It's a complete over hyped place. Don't believe all the youtube videos and go to this one. 1. It's a very small shop - upstairs for 1st Birthday dress. 2. The lady who's in charge of the place just sits dumb - no greetings to the customers, we just need to ask for each and everything and she responds for everything with attitude and only one liners- doesn't care about the customers at all, and on her own world. 3. All the collections of dresses look very old, dusty and literally evident that all these pieces are just lying in these hangers for months. If we ask for fresh pieces, just one line response that only these are the collections. 4. very overpriced. 5. There is no car park facility here. Overall, a waste of time to even visit this place. Don't get attracted by the youtube videos and go here just like I did, all of them are surely paid videos.

Nice place and Neatly organised, but the space is little bit cramped so the real shopping experience for a dress shop is missing..They definitely need to work around on this. But no complaints nowadays even bigger shops have the same issue when compared to any smaller shops

Worst experience * We all entered to the shop as a family at 4pm Saturday but no response from sales person or from anyone. * Dull look cloths but cost more than 5000 rupees. I prefer purasaiwalkam Garden Ayesha have good range of cloths and quality too. * No car parking available and parking in roadside is dangerous as it was blocked by police for 100 metres from this shop area.

We are very happy about the product we received. She shared all the available dress in whatsapp and she made a video call finally once we selected the dress.. On time delivery. Hospitality was very good.The dress colors which is shown in photos and what we received are 100% same..Kid was very comfortable after wearing the gown for more than 3 hours.. Gown is weightless.
