Don't serve people if you are not interested in the business. Worst billing department, train your staff about how to handle customers. You may earn crores in this business only because people don't have other options inside the hospital. If you didn't serve people better all your earned money will disappear only because of the management not training their staff about how to treat customers better. Leave about my review directly go and ask feedback from your customers. Then you will understand.

Worst service. Lethargic workers and high costs. Usually canteens in restaurants operate at mid range costs. But here they operate mainly for profit. But they don't provide the food and service worth it. Juice stall is a joke here. Unhygienic setup and exorbitant costs.. And you have to wait for 20 or 30 minutes patiently to get your juice. While some staff get the same in five minutes. Wish ramachandra management change the canteen contract to someone else

Located within the SRMU Hospital campus, this restaurant offers quality food experience at a nominal price range. Quality of food is above average. Food taste is also above average which doesn't put hole in pockets. Maintenance of cleanliness needs to be improved. Basic amenities are available. Overall experience was okay.

No proper guidance and menu is big but fresh juice will not be avail for patients after 5Pm.

A very big and centralised hotel facility which provides both vegetarian and non vegetarian food varieties ranging from fresh juices to multi cuisine food items. Also offers icecreams, pastries and chat items. Hot tea, coffee and milk are also available. Now renamed as The Leaf Cafeteria

Worst service, high cost, waste of money, better to avoid

Super clean, low price budget restaurant for Hospital. With in hospital campus. 24x7 service.

Food rate is bit high though but quality and service was great.

Contractor is illai, some kind of unprofessional catering. Everything starting from billing to service to quantity to taste is utter waste. 2013 I can remember the catering was good, now bring ur own food or eat somewhere else.

This is a restaurant just opposite to Emergency admission. Lodging facility is also available for people connected with hospital either patient, patient attenders or university students. Don't expect cozy atmosphere. But food quality and price are good. 1000's of people float and still its a decent place.

Canteen within SRMU good menu but all items subject to availability. Staff access is too good but as a general patient family access is too chaotic. Taste and value for money is assured.

Canteen is located in the ground floor of SRMC guest house. Both vej and nonvej food is available. But nonvej food counter is closed early around 7 pm. Foods are cooked in their local style. You have to pay first and with the printed token you have to collect food.
