FANTASTIC! One of the best pet stores I have ever been to. They emphasize in reptiles which is lacking we need more of this. The reptile care in store is great. Employees know what they are talking about. You can actually find morphs! Lots of options for setting up your tank! So many options for buyers in search of specific reptiles. Great frog options as well and some fish! They were really busy when I bought my corn, and it looks like they need more staff. But despite being busy, I felt taken care of with some patience. And they asked lots of questions to ensure proper care, which needs to be done more. Also meet Powder, my Tessera Striped Corn

This place is amazing! My family and I visit the shop often and we are ALWAYS welcomed with a smile! The employees are extremely helpful and eager to answer any questions. I highly recommend this shop for all your reptile or exotic animal needs. :) We had my daughter’s birthday party there this weekend and it was awesome! The staff truly went out of their way to make the day special for the kids and extra special for my daughter. The reptile demonstration was very hands on and my daughter as well as the other kids had smiles on their faces the whole time. Autumn and the other lady(I’m sorry I did not catch her name ) were fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for their time and attention during the party!

Very cool place for all kinds of reptiles, amphibians and spiders! Also cool plants and terrariums! They also have carnivorous plants! Neat place definitely check it out. Staff is super friendly!

I can’t say enough about how great the staff was. I had a guy helping me that wasn’t laughing in my face as I’m trying to match a fish to my son’s betta that came to an untimely death after 3 and a half years. He was so patient and went the extra mile to help me find one to replace his beloved Archie. Although it’s not perfect, this was a very good replacement. Archie Jr. loves the pineapple under the sea too. I appreciate saving the laughter and judgement until after I left. Our dog died, then his Papa, and our fish was the icing I really didn’t like or want. Thank you for helping me keep the peace one more day.

Tye-dyed Iguana is a wonderful exotic pet store. It's a 45 minute trip got me but it's worth it. I will say the animals and supplies are a bit pricey, even for a local owned store that's not part of a chain. For strictly animals though, it's worth the trip and beats ordering online. I do think they should maybe have a website that accurately list what animals they, the current one is either outdated or just poorly run.

This is legitimately the best pet shop I have ever been to. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean and organized store, an excellent variety of animals all thriving in beautifully planted bioactive tanks, they also have tons of different plant varieties that will work well in an arid tank versus tropical tank and tons of decor options, numerous isopod cultures, and the largest collection of cork bark I’ve ever seen! We were pretty stoked about getting to see the uromastyx. We will definitely be back.

If you are in the market for anything that doesn’t have fur or feathers … this is the place to come! The entire staff is amazing & so knowledgeable. If they can’t answer your questions then there probably isn’t an answer. The animals they sell are beyond well taken care of. You will not be disappointed with anything you purchase & will probably come back for more (I have!). Not only do they have these fabulous critters but they have everything you would need to make them the best place to live. They have made a lifelong client out of me!

Awesome shop!! They had large hermit crabs, which I had been unable to find in other stores. Great selection of pets, and even plants! The staff and volunteers were really helpful, and let my kids hold a snake and a bearded dragon! Great experience!

We had a birthday party for my 6 year old. All the kids and adults had a great time. Autumn was awesome and great with the kids. We brought home a baby ball python

We just had our son’s birthday party here. I was able to schedule the party ahead of time and got everything as advertised in their Python package. The cupcakes were delicious!! The instruction, education, and animal handling with the kids was even better. Their staff is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable about all of the animals they keep. Speaking of the animals, they are well taken care of. The bettas have clean water, all of the tanks are beautifully adorned with real plants/moss, and they sell just about any reptile/plant/aquarium accessory you can think of. I highly recommend giving them a visit!!

I love this place always so much cool stuff to see. Employees are always helpful. But my one problem is that I was in there for 20 mins and asked 6 times if I was good if I needed anything. Honestly it's good that you look out for your customers but can be just a little pushy give people a chance to look first. Just saying

we had the best time celebrating my son's 6th birthday here. they do such a great job keeping the kids attention and take care of everything for the party. I highly recommend having your party here!

If I could give 100 stars, I would. My daughter had her birthday party at Tye-Dyed Iguana today and it was a huge hit with adults and kids alike! From the booking process (shout out to Matt for being so helpful!) to the educational program to the party room, everything was top notch. The staff are so kind, super knowledgeable and so accommodating. We couldn’t have had a more amazing experience! Highly highly recommend for those of all ages!

We love this store! Always great healthy feeders from bugs for my reptiles, to rats for my snakes... And we love bringing the whole family in to check out the available animals, like a field trip! The kids enjoy seeing things they have never seen before and we always leave with something we just had to have, whether it be new decor for our animals or treats for the kids. Love this place!

The only pet store I will go to in the area. This is not your regular pet store as they specialize in exotics. Reptiles, arachnids, fish, and other fun bugs are all for purchase at this store. If you need food for your reptiles, this is the place you want to go. They also have a great indoor gardening section. Staff are all great and it's always a fun atmosphere. Happy 17th anniversary!
