I went into the clinic today for a knee sprain. She examined my knee and give me a shot and said that she will be sending in a prescription for 800 ibuprofen. I called an hour later and advised them they didn't called the prescription in. She said that the nurse was calling in it now. I waited another 3 hours and they still haven't called it in. I called again and was in the phone for over 10 minutes until some rude person told me that the are not calling it in go buy some 800 ibuprofen over the counter. I called back and said that they don't make 800 ibuprofen over the counter. The same rude person said she is not calling it in and couldn't tell me why. Basically take what you have at home and hope you feel better. So no I will not come back or recommend this clinic.

From the receptionist to everyone I encountered was just great. Everyone was nice and professional! Patrick the nurse and Mary the NP made me feel comfortable and not self conscious. They really listened and welcomed my questions. I really appreciate the care that I received!

TrustCare was quick and professional. The C-NP appeared concerned and answered all our questions. The attending nurse spoke to as adults and provided professional care. We were pleased with the quick and quality service.

My husband and I have a horrible cough and bad headach. We try to avoid clinic visits as much as possible and I rarly leave the house... Not sure how I got sick but we had to go today and Dr. Cara Arender's office is fast, friendly and attentive to our health needs.

I had a good experience. I was able to schedule my appointment online, and checkin and payment was done through my phone which was a very quick process. There was no wait time and the my nurse and nurse practitioner were both caring and professional.

They were super helpful and sweet. I was seen immediately upon arrival and was given answers to the questions I asked. They made sure I understood the treatment plan as well as the medication I was prescribed. 10/10

I did not care for the wait time. I actually sat about 40mins before even given paperwork. After completing the paperwork I was then informed that there will be an additional link to complete check in. For the services I was needing, I didn’t need to even see a physician nor a nurse practitioner. An hour wait for and 15mins job.
