This place is absolutely amazing, and very addicting! Especially if you're a chocolate lover. The portions are very big, and it's very filling too, so I suggest 2 people ordering one item and sharing. Also, keep in mind that this is more of a dessert place, rather than a meal/breakfast place. After eating a meal or dinner, this hits the right spot! It might feel a bit pricey, but it's because the chocolate they use is of super high-quality and like no other chocolate you can find anywhere else. *ALSO, THEIR HOT CHOCOLATE is literally the best hot cocoa I have EVER tasted in my life. And for coffee lovers, their CAFE MOCHA IS THE BEST coffee drink I've ever had !!! * Get it!

Really nice place overall. It has a cute cafe atmosphere to it and the vibes were good. The vibes were nice and it is popular among the Muslims. We got the crepes and the flavor and fruit overall really good. The crepe itself looked beautiful with all the chocolate. I will warn a little sweet so I recommend sharing with someone. It had some strawberries kiwis and pineapple with the crepe. The lotus icecream here is by far my favorite flavor. Cheesecake was ok. Cappuccino was standard and pistachio was a little watery. They also have a good amount of water. Customer service here was good and they were friendly. Overall 5/5

This place is chocolate heaven on earth. Everything is super delicious and made with great quality. They have a lot of options to choose from and everything looks amazing. Very nice atmosphere too, great music inside and seats were very comfortable. Employees were super kind and friendly. Beautiful location. Definitely recommend!

Pretty good ice cream and juice place in willow Brook. It is right by the 83 south at the intersection of 83 and 63rd Street. It's in the plaza with many other stores. Excellent crepes, waffles and juices. They have plenty of fresh fruits which is almost like a full meal and healthy too. They don't have regular meals or sandwiches, wish they did. This is more like a breakfast or dessert place rather than a meal place.

I had a disappointing experience at this cafe. The dining area was dirty(you can see it in my pic) , and the waitstaff seemed more interested in their own affairs than attending to the customers waiting at their tables. Throughout my meal, no one bothered to clean the neighboring tables. The customer service was truly disheartening. Finally when the girl at the cash register is coming , she was kind, smiling, and eager to please, but why I must wait for her so long??? The saving grace was the exceptional and delicious food, big portions, which is why I'll give this place 4 stars instead of the initial 2 stars I had in mind. However, if things don't improve the next time I visit, I'll have no choice but to revise my rating back to 2 stars.

This is an amazing place! I've been to Melt’n’dip a few times now and love it with all my heart. Everytime and every dish tastes great! My favourite is Lotus Eclair, and I recommend you to try it if you go 🧡 Another great choice is any item with melted milk chocolate. Always fresh and so delicious! Always a great place to get something sweet after dinner.

Whatever I ordered was Scrumptious!!! If you’re looking for a sweet treat, come here. Its the best😍. Melt n Dip is heavenly when you have just one bite. I can’t wait wait to visit here again.

This place is phenomenal. The best crepes, chocolates and coffee you can ever taste. Great service and a family oriented environment. Servers are very friendly.

So good! Get the waffle with the fruits. My lotus crepe came a little uncooked. Has way too much chocolate but that’s the point of the store. The chocolate is so milky and delicious!

I visit melt n dip every time I visit chicago. My fav spot for a delicious dessert. We tried the melt n dip crepe with fresh fruits and banana cinnamon pouch. soo good, highly recommend

The best desserts place in Chicago. Quality desserts and very friendly staff. They offer catering services as well. Had them catered an event and it was wonderful! I really recommend them! They will take care of you.
