I
was
given
a
gift
certificate
for
here.
It
had
been
so
long
since
I
had
a
massage,
I
decided
to
upgrade
from
the
half
hour
gift
certificate
to
an
hour
massage.
The
massage
room
was
wonderful.
It
was
very
relaxing.
Once
starting
she
let
me
know
that
the
receptionist
had
called
in,
and
she
may
need
to
step
out
to
assist
other
customers.
I
did
let
her
know
that
it
was
alright.
I
was
already
a
few
mins
in
and
I
guess
I
didn’t
realize
how
many
times
she
would
actually
need
to
stop
and
leave
(it
was
8
times).
The
massage
it’s
self
was
good.
Despite
having
to
stop
and
start
again
several
times,
my
massage
time
slot
was
an
hour,
but
my
massage
wasn’t.
I
was
able
to
mostly
relax
from
the
combination
of
the
massage
and
the
room.
When
I
went
to
pay,
I
presented
my
1/2
hour
massage
gift
certificate
and
asked
if
it
was
okay
to
use
that
towards
my
massage.
She
said
yes
and
then
told
me
the
price
I
owed
was
just
under
$83.
I
was
caught
off
guard
with
the
price,
as
I
believed
the
gift
certificate
would
have
reduced
the
price.
I
did
leave
a
tip,
as
it
is
a
local
business,
and
I
do
try
my
best
to
support
local.
Once
I
got
home
I
was
still
perplexed
about
the
price.
It
seemed
very
high
for
an
hour
massage.
I
went
on
the
spa’s
website
and
it
stated
$80
for
an
hour
massage.
So,
I
was
further
confused
as
why
after
using
a
gift
certificate
I
still
paid
the
non
reduced
rate
(from
applying
the
gift
certificate).
Please
pay
attention
to
the
prices
prior
to
services
being
rendered
and
I
would
suggest
confirming
the
price
and
the
use
of
a
gift
certificate
prior
to
services
as
well.
I
would
also
suggest,
if
she
tells
you
she
may
have
to
assist
at
the
front
because
of
staffing,
reschedule
your
massage.
You
deserve
to
get
an
uninterrupted,
price
confirmed
first,
massage.
