    Could not recommend more highly! Andrea has done an excellent job tailoring a plan for my specific needs (back issues) and goals. I feel stronger after every session. She really listens and watches my form to always ensure I am doing everything correctly. She pushes me when she knows I can do more and recognizes when I hit my limits. So happy I found them. The whole team at The Strength Revolution is awesome!

    I really recommend Rise Above, the trainers and staff are wholly committed to your goals. I train with Andrea and she’s very attentive to me and what I desire out of our sessions. She works with me patiently as we build a larger foundational understanding of fitness and strength. The owners, Dan and Paul, are also very passionate and knowledgeable about functional fitness. They’re very friendly here, and I can only recommend you check them out and come in!

    Was new to the area and wanted to get back to the gym. Rise Above has been great and only wish I would have reached out sooner. One on one training has been personalized and could not have asked for a better experience. The trainer, Josh, is knowledgable and fun to work with. He brings his personality to the sessions and definitely wants to see you succeed. Highly recommend.

    This place has helped me feel comfortable working out and ensuring I do not hurt myself. My job creates tons of issues and pain for my body and when I am with the trainers I feel better! They are amazing people and amazing trainers. You can tell they know what they are doing and they care about their clients!

    If I could give 10 stars, that is what Rise Above Fitness deserves! We’ve been at Rise Above Fitness training with Paul for about a year now. When we started, my daughter was “injured“ and an orthopedic had determined that she had a torn ligament. Another specialist told us that she had a “leg length difference”. Both of which were false, but she missed an entire season of cross country due to the misdiagnosis. After seeing Paul for one session, my daughter was out of pain. He quickly identified the weak muscles that caused the issue to begin with. He’s been working with her to improve muscle strength and change her running form so that future injuries don’t occur. He’s quite literally a wizard! The knowledge he has about the muscles in the body is amazing! He teaches us something new every week. He goes out of his way to help and checks in on us between sessions. In a way, he’s also become part of our family! I couldn’t recommend him more!

    Been working with Dan, he is super knowledgeable. After a handful of sessions he had pinpointed what had been causing me chronic pain. The workouts are individualized and tailored to your goals. Always greeted with a “Hi team!” Definitely recommend going and see how your life improves.

    I started at RiseAbove a little over a year ago. I was so nervous and really unsure of what my fitness goals even were, but everyone at RiseAbove was so welcoming, encouraging, and motivating! The trainers really strive to create a workout plan that meets your individual needs. I love how Paul is always checking in and asking me “what are your fitness goals?” and “how are you feeling today?” He is very knowledgeable and truly seems to enjoy helping people on their fitness journey!

They not only know how to give you a workout fit for your needs but also if you have have an injury, in pain or need work on certain muscles this is the place. Strength Revolution is the way of the future so you can stay strong and mobile throughout your life.

    I have been training with Paul for a few weeks now after recommendations from my brother. I have been to trainers in the past with ok results. In the few weeks with Paul it is obvious he has the knowledge and understanding of the body and fitness to more of a detailed level. His initial evaluation led to a program to work on my weak areas as well as overall fitness. A few changes with my form has already alleviated some issues I have had for quite sometime. His understanding of science I would call it, is very informative and helps understand the why of things. His approach to training focuses on the correct position and form from mobility to exercises. It’s way more than a program of exercises to follow, he coaches you to get the most out of yourself. I had a few areas of pain that sometimes limits me and he had immediate thoughts on corrective actions. And I was actually impressed of the almost immediate results. I💯 recommend him and his facility to get to your goals or free yourself of any pain you may have. I have results already with the time so far and expect even more.

    I came to The Strength Revolution 5 months ago physically broken. At least that's how my body felt after giving birth to my daughter in March. I was in so much pain that I couldn't even get in and out of my car without struggling! I couldn't lift my arms! I couldn't get down and up from the floor without help. My back hurt, my knees hurt, my feet hurt, my neck hurt, my hips hurt... I just felt horrible. And then I met Andrea!! She is an angel. She tested me and pinpointed areas that were weak that needed strengthening for my overall body function and we started there! All simple, easy, and effective exercises that helped improve my overall mobility. In such a short period of time with her, I feel like a whole new person! I HIGHLY recommend The Strength Revolution! This isn't your normal gym...these are personal trainers that have the knowledge to strengthen those painful problem areas! Do not hesitate! Call them now!

    It took me a long time to find a gym that I felt comfortable in. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, willing to answer questions and help when needed. Andrea has been working one on one with me and I have learned so much from her. She has taught me so much in the 8 weeks that I’ve been there. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to improve their lifestyle.
