Having tried massage therapy several times in the past, I've never felt fully comfortable, so it was difficult for me to relax into the experience and reap the benefits. Connecting with Ash has been a godsend, I leave our sessions feeling so much lighter and refreshed - physically, mentally, and emotionally. I feel so seen and heard in her presence, she is communicative through the whole process, which as someone who is generally very new to massage therapy, I appreciate vastly. I always have such a good experience here. Ash uses crystals, aromatherapy, and massage to make the Reiki even better. I feel so nurtured and relaxed whenever I visit. I also love that there is a pond out back where I can ground myself and integrate the energy work. Ash is really good at listening to what I need and gives me a personalized healing.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had! Ash did an incredible job listening to my needs and made sure the right amount of pressure was applied during my massage. The entire experience was super relaxing and I felt comfortable throughout the entire thing. From the vibe of the room, to the essential oils used, to truly allowing myself to relax, I would recommend Ash to anyone looking for a great therapeutic massage. Ash also did an excellent job explaining to me my areas of tightness afterwards and gave recommendations of stretches and tools to use to help. I’m already thinking about my next appointment.

My experience with a reiki infusion massage from Ash was nothing short of special. I was coming in with a lot of tension in my body and in my mind, and I immediately felt uniquely cared for. Ash asked great questions that customized my experience and made me feel like I wasn’t just another random person coming in. Particularly, I was navigating trauma around touch and Ash was really sensitive to that and provided an incredibly safe experience. She is so so talented, and I will absolutely be back.

I did online hypnotherapy with Ash and it was incredible. I have had a lot of worry and issues around money that made my life so much more difficult. I completed 3 hypnosis sessions and I have had such great improvements around my thoughts about my money and how I manage it, it truly is life changing. I'm still working on improving my finances and I'm doing it from a much more calm and positive headspace. I would absolutely recommend doing hypnosis with Ash!

Ash is incredible at the services she offers. I got a deep tissue message and that it was!! She continually checked on my comfortability, making sure the pressure was within my comfort. With the massage I also got Riki and it really brought a lot of awareness the rest of the day but especially the following day. I have always strayed away from Riki as I don't want to spend money on questionable intentions. With that being said Ash's energy is radiant.
