We rented a car from this branch last month, the lady who helped us at the front desk was awesome! Very helpful in checking us in and when we had an issue with the car she was very quick to resolve it. Upon drop off, the gentleman I returned the car to was kind enough to ensure I had a ride back to my destination and offered assistance if I didn’t. Although I already had a plan, I thought the gesture was awesome.

Sheboygan enterprise is amazing.. Matt Anderson is the best, communicates great and is very helpful and understanding, he's just right out amazing... Sean is very good as well... love those guys and Sheboygan Enterprise they deserve an award and a huge promotion!! I've recommended alot of friends and people to go there and ask for Matt... 🙂

Very friendly and accommodating. Came and picked me up plus dropped me off. The car was clean and awesome. Thanks to it being an eco car, gas was a small price. Will use again!

The staff was friendly and helpful but the car that they rent me was from California and the wiper blades were bad could have had an accident. Told them about it when I returned the car and they said they would have it fixed. This is an update from May 1st 2023 I had my van in for Body work from an Accident. I needed a Rental for a loaner. Shawn was very helpful getting me set up. The van was clean. Had a new set of tires.Ran fine. The only complaint is it only had a half of tank of gas. When I returned it I filled up the tank so I wouldn't get charged.

The car itself was great. I do not like the way that you do your billing. put a hold on and then also a charge makes it double. so with that being said, my actual rental fee was like $324 plus $300 deposit and tax came to $ 700.+. when you do the charge and also do a hold, it actually took $1400 + out of my account. This is not the bank doing it. I talk to the manager in great detail at my bank. It is the way that you guys do the Bill part. I think you need to really investigate that, that will determine renting from you guys again! I have rented multiple times and it has not changed. It’s still like this so we will not rent from you again.

They never seem to fail, amazing customer service and support I’ll forever be grateful for this company, Shawn and his team ROCK..!!!!
