My daughter left a bag in the car. Called and asked if the bag was still in the car. They said nothing was left in the car. We found out that they take the car to Fuller's car wash (it's a self service car wash) to clean out the car. Come to find out the Enterprise employee took items out of the bag and then dumped the bag in the trash. Called Enterprise back to inform them that they have a thief working for them and that I want my daughter items back. They gave my the runaround about they need to call corporate and that they would get back to me. I will never rent a car from Enterprise again and will tell anyone who will listen not to rent from them. They can not be trusted and will steal from you. Wish I could give negative stars. UPDATE It has been 9 days and still haven't gotten this issue of an Enterprise employee stealing from me resolved. Their customer care team has reached out to me. They asked me what happened and for my phone number. They told me that they had forward what happened to me to the regional management department. Needless to say that I haven't heard from them. Enterprise obviously does not care about their customers and their employees can get away with stealing from their customers. Very disappointed and disgusted with Enterprise. Do not spend your money renting cars from them. If you forget something in the car you will not get it back. Their employees will steal it. I guess they do that for their bonuses.

11/4/23 Today I rented a car with Enterprise, Mokena. They treated me with dignity and respect. I received the car that I book on line. Do not go to Hertz Rental, Mokena. They tried to bait and switch me at a higher cost. The manager Mary Ellis told me " just because you book it online. Does not mean you going to get! She offered no other solutions. They did not honor my AAA Hertz discount. Thank you Entreprise staff, Mokena! I will not go back to Hertz

My service both checking in and dropping off were both as smooth and professional as can be.. I appreciate the ride to pick up my car and the conversation with the driver "Joe" Great overall experience!

Friendly and knowledgeable crew. Enterprise was able to work with my insurance Statefarm with no problem. Didn't have to wait for my schedule pick up. The car was very clean and ready to go.

After multiple poor experiences here, I will be switching to the Hertz. Most recently, there was no employee at the branch when it was set to open at 9AM on a Saturday, after leaving the keys in the drop box, I was charged $28.69 for returning the car an hour late (I had to call on Tuesday because I still hadn't received a recpiet). This is my 4th rental in a row with an issue. This location appears to have lost it's customer service culture.

The Enterprise team in Mokena, IL are wonderful; an awesome staff. Very professional. I always have a pleasant experience and can count on my request being met.

Better than average customer service at this location. I'm not sure how they do it, but they hire good people here.
