I haven’t been to a dentist in a very long time due to a past bad experience. Otter Creek came with great reviews, so I thought I would try it. Everyone greets you by name and with a smile when you walk into the office. The staff and the doctor are so incredibly kind, professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. I was so anxious about my procedures, but by the time everything was done, the only thing I felt was comfortable and relieved with the experience that I had. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was going well. I have already booked my follow up appointments! It truly is a great office and staff!

Absolutely love my choice to switch to otter creek! The reviews I read -prior to making my first appointment- were spot on! The front desk ladies were friendly and my hygienist and doctor were thorough, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions. Can’t wait for my next cleaning.

I went to Otter Creek for the first time recently and had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr. Taylor who was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for a new dentist!

A great experience and thorough assessments which can locate wear on old crowns and fillings which may need replacement in order to protect your tooth from further cavities. And, a practice that can perform periodontal treatment with referral to other specialists. I would recommend Dr Taylor and her staff to everyone. Her staff contacts your insurance that day so you know your out of pocket cost. No guessing games

For patients with medical PTSD, it can feel impossible to find a provider that truly cares and does what is necessary to get through procedures without adding to previous trauma. The entire staff at Otter Creek has been fantastic to work with, from treatment plans, scheduling, communication, medication options, and the actual work. The dental assistant during my appointment (99% sure this was Liz!) truly has a gift of making the patient feel as comfortable as possible and is a wonderful advocate. I had total trust in her during the appointment, and that's the highest compliment I could ever give.

The patient care and education, staff professionalism, and a genuinely warm, fun, and inviting vibe at Otter Creek Dental are unmatched! I can't say enough good things about my experiences, especially with my hygienist, Tara. She's always open to teaching me new things about my oral health (when I ask :-) ) and makes the otherwise dreaded visit to the dentist an incredibly pleasant time! Tara is so knowledgeable, precise in her work, and makes me feel like we've known each other forever. Always a comfortable and fun visit each time I stop in!

My son had a dental emergency over the weekend. We didn’t know what to do, but I was able to reach Dr. Taylor. It was late and she took the time to assess the situation and make a plan for us to be seen on Sunday. Dr. Taylor and her dental assistant, Liz were phenomenal! What they did to repair my son’s smile was truly a blessing. I can’t say thank you enough.

Such a beautiful office with the best, knowledgeable employees! I’ve been a patient here one time and my experience was great! Dr Branden is so calming and talks with you through the procedure! Never been more happy with a dental team and office! I WILL DEFINITELY be back!!!
