We fished out of a boat called Cook’s Catch III. Our captain was Carter, young captain, however did an outstanding job!! He was hands on. We fished two mornings, he got us on the fish and awesome job netting them. We filled a large cooler with kings and a few rainbow’s . We definitely would recommend Captain Carter. His first mate Parker did a great job setting the hook and handing the rod over to us. Definitely recommend Kinn’s in Algoma

I'm not a fisherman, but my friends and I decided that this would be a good shared activity. I wouldn't really call this fishing. We left early in the morning and our boat captain took us to an appropriate fishing spot outn9n Lake Michigan. He and his assistant placed 10 lines in the water. From then, we waited. We slept, played cards, enjoyed the beauty of the lake, ate, all the while waiting to hear "fish on!" That meant that there was a fish on one of the lines and we then took turns reeling it in. They then scooped up the fish in a net, we could take a picture of us with our fish and it was held in a cooler until the end of the day when it was gutted and fileted by the staff. So if you want to catch fish without really fishing, this is the type of 'fishing' for you.

Our trip out fishing was part of a larger trip back to Wisconsin. So when we booked this trip , the date and time was set in stone. Of course when morning came we had a strong north wind creating 2 & 1/2 to 3 ft chop. However, the Captain did an outstanding job in navigating through the waves to put us onto fish. It was the first time out for 5 of the 6 in the group. He made sure to be there to guide and help anyone who needed it. We are already talking about booking another charter back again next summer. We chartered a boat for 6 hours one morning but turned back after one hour of fishing because we caught our limit of large kings. This was easily our best fishing trip ever with fish biting faster than we could reel them in. We never weighed the fish but combined the fillets weighed 78.4 pounds. Both the captain and his helper were doing their part by really hustling to keep up. The picture shows me holding only two of the big kings because I ran out of extra arms and they were heavy. This was a rare fishing trip but it proved that it can happen.

I'm hooked! Captain Jason and first mate Noah did an absolutely amazing job! Conditions were tough but we got on some fish and had a blast! Can't wait to make more memories next year! If you are reading this trying to decide who to book a trip with, stop scrolling and call these guys. You won't be disappointed!!!!

We had a great weekend with Kinn's. We fished two mornings with Bill and Carter on the Midnight. The fishing was great and we were able reel in a 40 pound salmon. The Kinn's crew were awesome the whole weekend, and I can't recommend them enough. Their condos were fantastic as well. Book with Kinn's today and have no regrets.

Jason & Noah Were Exceptionally Great! We took a morning charter and were on fish almost instantly. It was a company trip and the ride was great, the fishing was exceptional given conditions and the service is amazing. Highly recommend Kinns to anybody looking to have a great time fishing, will definitely be booking more trips with them!
