RIDICULOUS!!!! My husband had prostate surgery. Was told to make an appointment no more than 10 days to have catheter removed. Several phone calls (at least 8 times) to do so to no avail! "We will have to call you back" is all we have heard from this practice! No return call. I have never experienced not being able to set up an appointment with ANY doctor, let alone with the one who performed surgery on me. If you are interested in wearing a catheter for over 18 days, when was told no more than 10, without getting an after- care appointment, this is the place to go 😡

Had an appointment with Dr. Wu as my wife and I had troubles conceiving. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing to me potential issues and that some things I thought could be issues, may not be. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable during the examination.

I had two visits at this location, one with a nurse practitioner and the other with doctor Lewis. They were both extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt that they truly cared about me and listened with empathy. I was happy with the overall experience, although if I could suggest things that may need improvement it would be a warmer, more welcoming demeanor from the front desk staff, temperature adjustment in the waiting area (it was very cold) and shorter wait times. (>45 mins in my case to see the physician). Thank you for taking care of me!

I have been very happy with the services from Dr. Lodowsky at Comprehensive Urologic Care. During my last visit, he took time to explain my care options, how certain prescriptions are good for my prostate and kidneys. Ultimately left the decision up to me whether or not I wanted to begin taking any medication for an enlarged prostate and make me feel good about my decision.

I have been seeing Dr Troy for many years monitoring my enlarged prostate, and had been a little concerned about his pending retirement. Recently I required some emergency care one day before a 2-week cruise, and Andrea, one of the physicians assistants, was fortunately able to see me later that same day. She was phenomenal and had the best "bedside manner" of any physician I have ever encountered. Whichever doctor I end up with, I will take comfort knowing Andrea will be there to assist.

I am recently moved to part-time living in Illinois and recently had my first experience with this practice. I was pleased with all aspects of it. I was listened to patiently and thoughtfully, recommended to have a cat scan and cystosocopy to diagnose the cause of a minor leaking of blood into my urine, and had the procedures done over two days in circumstances that were made as comfortable and considerate as possible. I was informed of the reassuring results as quickly as possible thereafter.

My appt was fine. I believe it was Andrea I talked to. She was very pleasant and remembered me from a couple years age. Amanda was helpful giving me info for creating a user on your portal.

I was very happy with my visit. Andrea had lots of information and we arrived at a plan before I left. Had ample samples of new medications. Sorry I waited so long.

Dr. Troy is very compassionate and clearly discusses all information. His treatment plan for me appears to be successful at this point. I am very comfortable with the info he gives me. I trust his recommendations implicitly. His co-workers show him a great deal of respect. Everyone in that office is extremely thoughtful and professional. Appoints are ALWAYS on time!

I just went through the scariest health concern of my life so I want others to know my experience in choosing Comprehensive. Once I was diagnosed with possible cancer I had several referrals to choose from. I’m grateful I chose comprehensive. From the start I felt like they knew the urgency I needed (without me telling them) to take action. Dr. Keuer was the most professional and easy to talk to which is exactly what I needed in a very uncomfortable situation. Long story short: Dr. Keuer took my treatment in action immediately and I believe this sense of urgency and care was the difference in my outcome. The entire team is fantastic to work with and always available for questions and concerns. I owe gratitude to Dr. Lodowski as well for his major part in my surgery!
