Wow,
Discovery
World.
What
an
awesome
place
to
bring
the
kids.
My
little
guy
in
the
blue
coat
mentioned
numerous
times
that
this
place
was
way
cooler
than
Alligator
Alley
in
WI
Dells.
This
activity
was
not
only
informational
for
my
us
(meaning
my
family-
adults
included)
but
fun
and
hands
on!
Parking
underground
is
10.00.
I
would
recommend
you
purchase
tickets
in
advance
prior
to
arriving,
like
the
website
mentions..
but
who
actually
does
that..
🙄
The
line
to
get
inside
is
pretty
ridiculous,
there
were
no
markers
on
the
floor
to
“indicate”
the
6
feet
rule-
so
people
were
just
standing
uncomfortably
close.
We
were
helped
by
a
gentlemen
who
was
snotty,
gave
very
shorty
unhelpful,
one-three
word
responses
when
asked
a
question
and
he
said
it
rudely.
Never
asked
the
ages
of
my
children.
Just
assumed
that
they
were
above
3
years
old,
I
ended
up
paying
over
100.00.
104.00
to
enter
to
be
exact.
According
to
the
CDC’s
website
&
guidelines
no
one
under
the
age
of
5
needs
a
mask
on.
This
man
looked
at
my
child,-
in
the
blue
coat
and
my
2
year
old
daughter
and
mind
you
he
hasn’t
even
begun
helping
us
yet.
He
was
still
helping
someone
in
front
of
us.
He
looked
and
said
they
are
going
to
need
masks.
I
said;
um
ok.
I
mentioned
that
according
to
cdc
and
stuff
he
said
well
it’s
on
our
website.
I
said
okay
well
can
I
please
have
one-
he
told
me
to
go
in
the
gift
shop
to
purchase
one.
Excuse
me?
I
just
spent
over
100.00
to
enter
your
building
and
you
can’t
give
my
child
a
mask?
So,
I
walked
back
to
my
car
to
get
my
child
a
mask
instead
of
paying
another
7.99
for
a
cloth
mask.
Not
only
that—
there
were
3
lines
and
than
a
membership
lines;
so
a
total
of
4
lines.
They
each
had
a
garbage
can
on
the
side
with
a
bag
and
then
another
garbage
can
at
the
front
of
where
they
were
sitting-
the
garbage
can
that
was
at
the
front
of
the
desk
had
a
NICE
BIG
SIGN
THAT
READ:
USED
PENS
ONLY-
other
people
were
putting
there
used
pens
in
there
this
guy
was
just
constantly
giving
every
person
the
same
pen.
My
sister
and
my
children
all
had
to
go
to
the
restroom
so
I
hung
out
and
watch
this
man
with
my
baby
niece
for
10
minutes
until
they
came
back
out.
He
was
so
rude,
and
unhappy.
My
customer
service
at
Discovery
work
I
would
say
would
be
about
a
2.
I
had
contact
with
a
few
other
staff
members
this
day
and
they
were
great.
They
seems
to
like
their
jobs.
The
gentleman
that
gave
us
such
a
memorable
experience
named
is
Loft?
Left?
Laft?
Either
way,
it
had
a
L
and
a
F
and
T
in
it.
He
said
it
very
fast
and
mumbled
it.
He
didn’t
wear
a
name
tag.
I
even
asked
for
a
manager;
which
I
didn’t
get.
This
is
why
I
give
it
3
stars
because
the
inside
is
absolutely
stunning
and
beautiful.
For
myself—
customer
service
and
how
an
individual
treats
me
is
key
and
my
entire
mood
while
I
was
there
was
off
because
from
the
moment
we
walked
it;
it
was
bad.
Other
than
that
minor
stuff-
GO!
They
have
a
beautiful
view
of
the
lake
front.
The
lake
front
is
right
there.
They
also
have
a
dock
that
is
walkable.
:)
just
be
careful-
signage
reads
deep
water
!!
