Dirty, sticky, run down. Not enough tables to sit down and eat the food that you buy. Staff clearly gives zero f's. This place needs some serious help. Honestly, I feel gross just being here. Stuff is held together with straps and duct tape. Pathetic excuse for a business and whoever runs this place should be ashamed.

Horrible experience all around. Filthy and sticky everywhere, garbage overflowing in cans, a ton of staff that didn't do anything but look at their phones. The attendant handling food and drinks looked like they hadn't taken a shower in weeks. In dodgeball the group of teens were purposely aiming for the other kids faces. One mat that was used to cover the metal springs where you jump off into the pit was falling apart. I brought it to the staffs attention and I got a blank stare in return and shrugged. Saw an 8-10 year old with the hook used to grab the swings and then saw them lose their balance and fall in with the long hook. For the amount of staff standing around there should be someone helping with these things. I used to take my kids there a few years ago and they were so excited to go back, now they unanimously said they never want to go back. And to pay over $100 for 1.5 hrs for 4 of us, we never will.

Lack of a mature staff and leadership from the owner down has resulted in an extremely poor experience for us and you should expect the same too. It didn't use to be this way a few years back. When the owner stops caring they hire just about anyone to fill a position. In this case is is obvious that they are beyond short staffed. This has created many safety concerns. Closing down only some of the broken down areas has at least eliminated the need to address staffing those areas except that didn't always stop a jumper from using those spaces. Observing the party ahead of us getting checked in it became clear that a majority of the group actually skipped filling out waivers but that didn't stop a handful of wristbands being presented to the patron that mentioned to another that waivers were not going to be completed. It is just a matter of time before that decision making and lack of concern catches up to the owner. What you will find there today that will affect your enjoyment and value is... Many jumping areas that are either closed, broken down, in need of repair or unsafe. A very unclean facility throughout including bathrooms, party rooms, and jumping areas. A food station that doesn't appear to be staffed and operational. A skeleton of a staff that is obviously okay with not concerning themselves with these issues. Getting groups to go online in clumps and posting misleading reviews only masks the truth. Many of the four and five star reviews were earned back in the day years ago when the facility was actually maintained and run as it should be. I'm frankly surprised this place is still open given its current state.

Literally DISGUSTING. The staff doesn't care at all. There had to be 10 people working not one of them cleaning. They all just walked around and some were even playing basketball while i waited 10 minutes at the counter. The entire place needs to be power washed. The floors were sticky, it smelled like BO everywhere we went. I can't believe I spent $100 for 3 people to basically be grossed out the entire time. We couldnt even stomach the pizza we ordered. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed. The pictures do not do it justice as to how FILTHY this place was. Just find a cleaner, safer place. We will definitely not be back.

I took the grandbabies they had an awesome time from the five year-old to the 12-year-old. They jumped and played their hearts out. Last time I took the 10 through 20-year-old grandkids, and it was awesome for them as well. That place is truly amazing.

Had a birthday party here which was not cheap. Pros was the kids had an amazing time. However, as a parent it was a hot mess. The place was so gross and things were breaking everywhere. Kids got hurt just sitting on the party bleachers waiting for everyone to show up because it was missing bolts. You can’t hear anything over the loud speaker and people in our group were given different color wristbands which was confusing. When the party room was ready we never heard an announcement but we knew to watch the clock. When I went over to the room our food had been sitting out for awhile and cold. The room smelled like bleach and the floor had puddles of cleaning water. First person who walked in, slipped and fell. I had all the kids wait outside and had to ask 3 different people to please mop the room because kids were going to get hurt. They would say they would then walk 10 feet away and start laughing and pointing at me with another employee. I’m happy the kids didn’t notice but I would not recommend a party here.

Literally no team members on the floor supervising the number of kids on each activity. Some of the equipment is in disrepair such as the balance beam, and isn’t safe to use. Multiple trampolines had holes starting in the middle of them. Every surface was visibly dirty, and I got gum stuck to my back after sitting against the wall on a bench. It appears that the entire establishment is teenagers with no oversight and they would rather hang out in the closed down kitchen than monitor the floor.

Employees frankly are terrible. Not only was it very difficult to find anyone that was interested in ever helping, but we booked a party room, no one ever gave us any instructions as to where to go and what the process was, but when we finally went to the room, NOTHING was cleaned up from the party before. So we finally got into our filthy room that basically only had the tables wiped off, had no food or soda that was ordered, had to go ask employees who were "busy" standing around talking to each other and ignoring us for our stuff. Some rude girl finally walked in with our pizzas, never apologized for the delay, set the pizzas down and walked out. I don't expect young people to have much of a work ethic anymore, but my goodness, hire ONE person that is in charge of making sure the people paying real money for the parties have a decent time.

We had a great time today! The only real downside was that there weren't enough tables. The entire time we were there, we weren't able to get a spot which made eating the pizza difficult/awkward. Overall though, it is a great place for people of all ages to play and have fun. We will definitely be back.

The place was disgusting. A couple of the trampolines were broken but the staff didn't care to close them down. The floors look like they haven't been vacuumed in months. Attractions are roped and duck taped together. Some of the main attractions weren't even working because they were broke. With the amount of money you pay to get into this place, they should have enough to fix the place up.

It’s fun when you go on the off peak times. Plenty of fun activities. It’s a great deal when you buy the membership. The massage chairs are nice for the grown ups.

Had our son's 10th birthday party here last weekend. 15 kids showed up, it was a lot of fun. We thought maybe we would have a party room and host the whole time we booked, but it was only for the last hour. Still the kids had a blast. My son did lose his eyeglass lens in the foam pit if anyone ever does find it!

What can I say that's positive? Not much. I attended my nephews birthday party at this location yesterday and if I'm ever invited to a party here again, I will consider it an insult. There was confusion about which party was supposed to be in the room at our time. Another woman was upset with us because she supposedly was having her child's party in the same room and at the same time. No employees came to deal with the situation. The room was beyond disgusting. Sticky would be putting it mildly. There are stains and sticky spots everywhere... the walls, chairs, countertop, but especially the floor. There was a person sleeping on the floor outside of our room. Not sure if it was an employee. I don't know if I was more bothered by them simply sleeping outside of our door OR the fact that anyone would lay their body on that disgusting floor. The staff didn't seem to know what was going on. The pizza was brought out towards the end... we were already cutting the cake and expected to leave the room shortly after. The pizza. I wouldn't eat it. Some guests did and I hope they're feeling ok today. The crust was dry and flavorless, little to no sauce, burnt cheese that was described as tasting weird and the pepperoni was a strange color. This location needs to have better cleaning standards. Not at all the experience we hoped to have.

Awful 😂 management treats their workers very poorly, are inconsiderate of their workers, and can’t create a good team environment that encourages team members to work hard and improve their work ethic. The team members are very good people and work as hard as they can, too bad their manager doesn’t care for them or know how to motivate them in a positive way. Place drained my mental health. Good luck skyzone!

Jump part looked OK but I didn't participate. I did, however, order some mozzarella sticks and it was like pulling teeth to try to get them. The snack bar was not busy yet I waited half an hour for them. When asking, someone said they'd check and they walked away the other way, never heard back. Asked someone else, was told the same thing but they went and made them. And forgot the marinara, requiring another confrontation. Was about 2 seconds away from throwing them at them. Staff was all teenagers, go figure.

Not necessarily the cleanest, not the newest equipment, but definitely fun. One thing I noticed is they don't have lots of staff so just keep that in mind. But with Groupon, all things are possible and we had a great Saturday afternoon.

Paid over $300 for my daughter bday party. After it was time to go to the party room, the host just showed up, dropped the pizza boxes & pitchers and left. I then had to go ask for utensils, a knife to cut the cake, etc. Also the cart where all our stuff were at, they didn't even bother to bring it to the party room, so I then proceed to get it myself as the workers just stayed staring at me and talking to each other. Not once they asked if I needed anything, or even let us know that our room was ready. Very unprofessional workers. This place has gone downhill.

Pretty nice, fun place to be. The landing for the slides is a little rough though and I strained my shoulder. Could've used a bit of a warning there. Otherwise, a pretty entertaining place to jump around with the kiddos. They even let us play a little longer than our Groupon gave us!

I had a much different experience this time than my last and I was quite disappointed. The service was awful. There was probably 12 employees that I saw and only 2 actually working for the 2 hours I was there. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom stall and no napkins anywhere in the entire place. I ordered a pizza meal, which took 20 minutes to make and then they forgot the fries so they had to go back through to find my order and make sure it was correct. It took another 30 minutes to get the fries. Half were burnt, the other half weren't done. And I could not believe the small portion I got. Then to top it off, I really hurt my back going down the blue slide. The slides make zero sense with how they end. One of the kids I took said be careful because you do a scorpion at the. I did not understand what they meant until I slowly slid off the end of the slide and completely bent my back in a manner that should never occur. I can't believe someone hasn't seriously injured themselves on that yet... This skyzone is my son's favorite place to go, but I will not be taking him back. The whole visit was incredibly disappointing. Outside of the cost to jump for 90 minutes.

Always fun for the kiddos. Never been charged taxes before when using a Groupon that I already purchased and paid for. I did notice most of the staff on the floor were playing with their friends more than observing the stations.

It's a trampoline park... I have young kids the little leapers time frame works great during winter months for my 3 and 6 year old boys. The staff isn't the most attentive could be alot cleaner but I'll take.

If I could rate this less than a star I would, this place is a safety hazard way to overcrowded with little kids and no parents plus many things were either broken or poorly fixed this place deserves to be shut down all the workers are little kids that have no clue what to do. Everything was dangerous or a perfect place for someone to get hurt. Either fix everything or close this damn place down everything was poor qualities and my friend also broke his leg falling down

I just had a birthday party for my daughter yesterday. What started out as a not so great and fairly pricey start to the party, turned out to be pretty okay in the end, mostly due to the manager, Troy. He fixed the issues we had in the beginning and went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our night went well and that we were happy. I probably would not have another large party here, mainly due to the cost and miscommunications, but if it hadn't been for Troy, I don't know that I would have been back at all. Kids had an amazing time though!

jumping and slides and all the play stuff is good. Wifi doesn't work. The entry line has no form. I've come in to an empty counter to wait, next customer comes in and stands beside me and gets served first. Employees doesn't acknowledge first come, first served. Concession stand also has no order. Stand in line for five minutes only to have a rude customer cut in line but the employees don't suggest she wait her turn. I waited for my turn but now I'm not spending money for snacks. This isn't the first time. Customers shouldn't be rude and employees should help keep order

My son and another child I brought with was hit in the face by a child and nothing was done about it. The employee supervising told us to go to the counter He seemed like he had no clue on how to handle a situation like that. He told us to go to the front counter that both managers would better handle the situation. The assistant manager said she would talk to the kid but stood behind the counter and did not follow up on the situation. I don't think we will be back. My money will be better spent somewhere else. Too bad this was our first time ever at a sky zone.

My son just turned 7 on September 9th. We came here for his birthday. 1 out 3 teenage boys punched my son in the chest leaving a bruise. Ashley, the manager went to look at the cameras stating she seen nothing. The dad of one of the boys and my husband spoke. No incident report was filed this night. We got home and my son complained about his chest hurting and struggled to take his shirt off, he was bruised from the punch. We went back to sky zone to file a report and Ashley was no help. She stated we had to contact the police for further assistance. We contacted them and she claim to file a complaint against us for how my husband reacted. He was not aggressive but he was upset. We’re black, so of course we’re always the bad guys but my 7 year old was left in pain and bruised. I can’t contact corporate. She did not follow protocol and did not take this serious. We never filled out an incident report, she never reported it, it just was brushed off like it was nothing.

We went with our Boy Scout Troop. The kids had a great time, the adults were able to talk and have a good time as well. Very clean and well maintained equipment. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Check-in was easy and had multiple stations to sign the safety waivers. While in the park there were many different options of activities to do and try. My child enjoyed their time and had fun trying all the different areas.

The ticket price can add up for a family but everyone is sure to have fun. Highly recommend using Groupon and saving $10 or so on a 2 hr pass, otherwise you are looking at a $25-$30 per person ticket. Lots to do which means one area is generally pretty open. Great spot for birthday parties for YA and Teens. Food prices are reasonable.

Fun place, felt bad they didn't have much staff to keep up. Management was very pleasant and helpful doing the best they could. Staff said it is a great place to work 😊

We had so much fun my kid insisted on having her birthday party here. The foam blocks are crumbly and shed crumbles that stick to the sticky bottom socks and the silks need replacing, but the facility seemed pretty tidy and clean and the older kids were polite to my little ones. We'll definitely be back.

My seven year old daughter had a great time with her friends playing at Sky Zone in Waukesha! The facility was clean and offered plenty of seating for parents. I was most impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the employees. We ordered delicious pizzas from the snack counter. Overall, excellent experience!

Good place for young kids, Regular jumpers tickets are reasonable. But birthday party’s price bumps up a lot. Morning little leaps time (7 and under)only open very basic trampoline. Better come at the regular time.

Very cool place. I loved taking the kids there and bouncing around. The employees were very nice. The only thing bad I would say is, it's kinda dirty. The bathrooms were nasty and I would have liked to see someone walk around cleaning a little. Other than that great place and I'd recommend it.

  • 3/5 E. H. 1 year ago on Google
Prior reviews indicated that it was not clean but today it was definitely clean. The front desk staff was kind, professional and prompt. There are several areas that need repairs to play on and that is really disappointing based on the fees to enter. I’d love to see them fix up the zip line and the ladder bridge. The crowd was tolerable, the lines were very short. The supervision was adequate. The kitchen was quite slow though. I’d say to eat out Before or after and buy the sixty minute pass. I took three kids between 9 and 15 and that was enough time to play given the open stations. Also beware of the white slide, face first is rough. And you can’t use Apple Pay for the lockers. The kids were happy enough, but probably won’t ask to go again anytime soon.

We have been to many different sky zones and this one is the best in the state. Definitely worth the money to get the all day pass for 33 instead of 28 for 2 hours. Honestly 2 hours probably is not even enough to play with everything. I have never been to a sky zone that has a slide. This place is amazing!
