Had a hard time choosing between 3 or 4 stars but ultimately settled on three for a few reasons. I think this could be a four star restaurant but perhaps I had an unlucky visit. I picked up the food when they suggested based on my phone order time, but it was cold - I mean there wasn’t even the slightest warmth in the center of the tacos. I was also hoping for a more authentic flavor but it was more of a glorified and Americanized Mexican entree. There are plenty of places I can go at the same price point for better flavor. I think I will give this place another shot down the line and see if there are any improvements. If my experience is more or less the same, I’ll have to cross it off the list of options for Mexican food.

It is your childhood cafeteria taco Tuesday food at Chipotle prices. Very disappointed and will never go there again. Prepackaged Quac Iceberg lettuce Steak was in ground beef size and seasoned with what I can assume is a seasoning packet from the grocery store.

Ordered through EatStreet a burrito bowl with no meat and grilled veggies. There's about 3 green peppers. My bad for ordering delivery instead of going in. I'm sure it's a great place for dine in and take out - I don't recommend ordering delivery. I understand skimming meat, but veggies?!

I think it's a different way to serve Mexican food? A serving line so you can choose as you go. Did is great plenty of seating. Unfortunately you will still need to wear a mask. Madison Wisconsin you know.

Staff is friendly and the place is clean. It's nice they have a PDF on their website with nutritional information for those looking to watch certain foods or ingredients. My only problem is the food could be better. The rice is always a little undercooked so it is always kind of hard, the rest of the toppings are fine but they charge extra for everything too, like guac and nacho .cheese

First time here. Rice was not done and still semi hard. The tiny amount of veggies they did use were really over cooked. Steak was good. And people were friendly. Would not pay $12 for a bowl there again.

I had the Steak Burrito. It was ok, a step above Taco Bell. If you want authentic Mexican food this is not it. Staff is very nice.

Always good place for a quick Mexican food fix. Great flavors and consistent.

After attending a meeting in the area, we stopped for lunch. I sure wish there was one of these in my area as it was so yummy! It did not disappoint.

Stopped in Monday just before lunch. Employees were nice and friendly. The restaurant area was clean. Food was good. Definitely will stop back again. Food was reasonable priced.

Fantastic place! Great food, great flavor, catering went awesome, and they made everything just flawless. Very happy with this place and I'll definitely be back again!!

My s/o and I love Burrachos! Definitely our favorite tex-mex place. I have been a bit disappointed with the value lately. I know times are tough right now and the prices have gone up. That is fine, but the portion sizes have also gone down. $15 is too much to spend on a meal that will not fill me up. I hope they improve their portion sizes. Even just another scoop of rice would go a long way :)

Friendly staff, great food, good prices. We had a great lunch on Sunday. It’s very open indoors, so it’s always just a little too cold. I went with a quesadilla which was wonderful. I could customize it as much as I wanted. Delicious!

I stopped by on a Sunday evening. Weekend staff at restaurants is often subpar, but the staff at Burrachos was excellent. They were helpful and patient (it was my first time there). They even laughed at my jokes. You bet I'll be back! Seriously, though, they did a great job. It was much appreciated.

Got the signature burricho. Not fully cooked rice, unseasoned meat, not to mention the sour cream tasted very off for sour cream. No nachos to be found inside this bad boy, just disappointment. Certainly not worth almost 15 dollars post tax (Edit: the burrito was also very lukewarm, but that could also be due to half the burrito being veggies/sour cream)

You always get the biggest burrito, and it's always top notch quality. Better than any similar style restaurants for sure. I don't even have an urge to go anywhere else

Similar concept to a Chipotle, build your own burrito, quesadilla, etc. Food was great and meats were fresh. I really liked their carnitas. Nice option for quick Mexican food if you're in the area.

Food was good, servings were okay size, but ratios seemed off (too much rice, not enough beans/meat). I have celiac so gluten is a big concern for me whenever we try to dine out or get takeout and they handled my order perfectly. Very confident in their ability to handle food allergies especially when the restaurant is not busy, I have not seen them in action during a rush. Would be nice to have a little more info on the menu board, but overall a great experience.

Not as good as Chipotle. Had a burrito with ground beef. The meat needed to be hotter. Queso and guacamole are extra.

Definitely not what I expected. Poor quality meat, queso tasted like warm milk, nothing about the burrito I ate tasted right and they charge $10 for a burrito!! You’re better off going to a QDoba or Taco Bell. The only thing this place has going is the girl that was working at the front she was very friendly and working all by herself. The guy in the back was using his fingers to dig the vegetables from the pan into the dish. Not sure maybe they don’t have gloves or utensils but that was kind of gross to watch.

Every time we go there the staff is always friendly the food is delicious and the portions are big. Highly recommend to all.

Love going to this establishment. Outdoor seating is available and it's always clean. They offer catering also. The staff is always warm & friendly and clearly train their new folks to that same standard. They also offer a surprisingly wide variety so even a non-mexican eating person should be able to come up with a yummy meal if out with a group.
