My kids really loved this place! The breakfast was good and we've never stayed anywhere (that isn't a large resort) with a fire pit and basketball court. The pool was closed but there was a nearby sister hotel that was allowing use of their pool (we didn't go, but it was an option). The rooms were comfortable and the employees were very friendly. The lady working in the evening/night was so nice and helpful! If we ever come back to St. Louis we will definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to hotel, new modern and great price. They made me feel like a great guest with a guest of the day honors. My room was easy to get to. It also had a kitchen island, living room, two beds, all very clean, all modern, and a very quiet room so I slept very well, definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean and well equipped rooms. We really enjoyed the layout. We did have an issue where someone came in to our room and stole personal belongings. We do not know if it was hotel staff or just a lack of security in general. We filled out an incident report at the front desk but received no response. This is a very nice hotel but be sure to keep track of your belongings.

Great rooms! Had the two bedroom suite. Well worth the cost. Needed more breakfast options for long term guests. Could be a top 10 option for lodging with a few needed updates. Double bathrooms in the suites!!! Close to highways and various restaurants.

We got a 1 bedroom suite. The room was spacious and really clean. Even smelled good 😊 Breakfast was good with lots of options and open till 10:30 am for late risers. Will stay here again when in the area. Indoor pool was nice as well. One thing to note was that there was no tub in the bathroom. Not a deal breaker for us tho as the walkin shower was nice.

Honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. It was clean and the suite had plenty of space. The managers and staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was great. They have an awesome outdoor area with seating and basketball courts. The free laundry was a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

The breakfast staff was attentive and there was a good variety. The pool was nice and clean. They did throw out my son's shirt, which he should have gone down quicker to check on it. He left it in the pool area right around the time the pool closed, we were just surprised they threw it out instead of having it in lost and found. There were stains on the furniture in the room, the room wasn't set up for the correct number of guests. There were no sheets for the pull out, and no shower gel in the dispenser in the bathroom, and not enough towels. As Spire Elite members, our family spends a lot of time in hotels. Wasn't our best experience with a Staybridge, but we would give this location another chance.

Staybridge is our go to place when we travel. However this visit was horrible. Check in was suppose to be at 3pm we couldn't until the room had been was inspected. which was fine. The problem was we waited almost an hiur. Once we checked into our room there was a hole in the bedroom ceiling. The cabinet in the kitchen was off the hinges, the carpet was dirty with several spots. The pull out couch was dirty and disgusting. The mattress had so many spots and so much trash under the cushions and couch. When we brought the issues to the front desk there reply was I'm not surprised. Not sorry or let me see how we can make your stay better. Needless to say we were very unhappy and disappointed.

We love staying in Westport! This hotel is located right in the middle of all the best nightlife. The hotel staff are always so attentive and available. Every special request is always fulfilled, every stay. They have a neat little pantry for late night munchies (and ICE CREAM!), and the hot breakfast has lots of variety and selection. The beds are super comfortable with awesome AC in the rooms, complete with full kitchens and full sized refrigerators. This is our favorite hotel in the Lou, because of price, location, and comfort level. We even stay here and Uber to Cardinals games! 10/10!

My 6-year-old was injured by a nail that was sticking out from an armchair at Staybridge Suites. She was left with a 4-inch-deep scratch - the nail was so sharp it cut her pants. . Sadly, prior to her getting harmed on the Staybridge armchair, moments before I made a call to the front desk because the refrigerator door was not closing and there was mold in the freezer. The attendant on duty, once made aware of my child getting injured, was fast-acting and caring. I requested my 9-day reservation be comped due to the 4-inch scratch and possible long-term scarring and they only comped 2 days. I know this was not the intent of Staybridge Suites, however, I can’t express how horrifying it was for my child to get harmed while staying there. When relocating and choosing a place to stay in the interim - the expectation is that it is a safe and harm free environment. Unfortunately, that was not the case for us. Management – please ensure before turning over rooms that safety and cleanliness checks are frequently performed to ensure a safe and clean stay for your guest. I would not want this to happen anyone else’s child.

Super comfortable bedding. We'll stocked kitchenette. Good breakfast bar. 5 stars if pull out bed had not been a single and a bit uncomfortable.

Had to live there for two months while home was being repaired from storm damage. If I couldn't be home it wasn't a bad place to stay. Nice court yard and firepit. Nice pool area. Free laundromat. Happy hour every night Monday through Wednesday. Pet friendly.

Okay, the rooms were clean at first, wouldve have been nice if they had stayed that way. We stayed for a week, and they only made up the beds and changed towels. On top of that, we had to CALL THEM to actually clean the bathrooms. There are 2 people using each bathroom and they didnt clean either which is disgusting. They said their cleaning services were backed up but there are several cleaners so idk. They also said they dont clean on the weekends but even during the week, they didnt come and make up the beds or get dirty towels. Ridiculous.

Great staff and even greater rooms. It has a centralized location with some bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the lobby is great for lounging or for some outdoor activities like playing basketball in the courtyard. The breakfast was also great with good variety. Only bad part was the luggage carts with flat tires, which made bringing up luggage difficult. Please, either put some air on the tires or change them to solid tracks.

This place was truly a home away from home. Here for a meeting; our group was well taken care of during our time together. As a guest here I was taken care of with so much kindness, humanity and care. Every single person working was kind. I saw staff enjoy eachother and get along well-which made for great teamwork in helping our group meet our needs. Super clean, great space! Highly highly recommend!
