P.F Chang's : the ambient I would give 4.5 out of 5 . The food was aesthetic wise looking gorgeous. BUT the food taste was average!! The service was great! Could do more development in terms of the taste it's just mediocre but different approach to American chinese food.

Several people have recommended PF Changs and I finally came in for my bday month. It is amazing. Service is great. They are so classy etc. Food was really good and so was the chocolate cake. Hot & Sour Soup was perfect and it's always hard to find a good one. Highly recommend.

Delicious food and excellent service! The cocktail was so refreshing and delicious. The noodles and fried rice was so tasty. Dynamite shrimp was amazing. Overall we enjoyed the food and the drinks. It was on a weekend so the place was crowded, however we went for lunch and the wait time was about five minutes. I would recommend this place to try the best dynamite shrimp!

Went to this place post covid. Tried some new thing. Loved all the dishes. Great food with alot of vegetarian options. Service was slow. We had reservation and even then we had to wait 15min. Many others with bigger party size were waiting even longer. The restrooms were dirty and one employee was sick in the restroom

I shared a yummy meal with my family, and they loved the lettuce chicken wraps. Delicious! We had a few other meals that were yummy as well. Service could have been better but wasn't bad. Overall, it was a good time.

Been to this location twice. First time was mind blowing. Mongolian beef and ribs were better than anything I’ve had and I live in the East. Singapore not NYC. It was so good that I decided to visit again last night and it was ruined by poor service. Not the waiter’s fault I think. He says it’s the kitchen that is held up. I did noticed a lot of people waiting at the takeaway area. If you can’t handle the volume don’t screw your dine in customers. We waited for more than a hour for the food to arrive which resulted in a lack lustre experience. Get your act together!

Love it. When I was living in Florida this place was a fast food spot outside the local mall. But this location is amazing. Great ambiance. A date night must. Food is moderately priced. They have a great wine listing. I always order the Mongolian beef. It tastes the most like a little north side dive that no longer exists. I got dynamite shrimp. They were so good. I got the pork ribs delivered in a steaming tray. They came with a side of spicy slaw. I would absolutely give the two appetizers 10/10. Then dessert. My guy loves bread pudding. I ordered the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream covered in a chocolate shell and set on fire 🔥 😋

First time coming here [I know!] Wasn't amazed but wasn't disappointed. Food was good overall Crispy green beans were a little too salty Wasn't a fan of the egg rolls I understand it's a chain but I'll make the drive to Chinatown for authenticity

We went for a birthday treat. This place can get real busy, even with reservation wait time was about half hour. Food service was also slow. We liked the Dynamite Shrimp. Kung Pao and Singapore Street Noodles was good. Overall ambiance was nice.

recently visited P.F. Chang's in Schaumburg for the second time. I was happy to see that the staff was still friendly and welcoming, even though it was close to closing time. The restaurant was not very crowded, so we didn't feel rushed. We ordered 3 appetizers for two adults: Hand folded crab wontons with creamy crab, Tempura Calamari, and spicy Dynamite shrimps. The food came to the table quickly and was all beautifully presented. The crab wontons were my favorite, they were filled with a generous amount of crab and the dipping sauce was delicious. The calamari was also crispy and cooked perfectly. The shrimp were a bit spicy, but still enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience at P.F. Chang's. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. Our check was around 70$ Parking is easy, because it’s in the building of Woodfield Mall.

I’ve been coming to pj changs for a couple years now & unfortunately the flavor, and portion size has definitely gone downhill.

The best time to come is for a lunch date! We had an amazing server I wish I had caught his name but he was super attentive and kind. We will definitely be back for lunch soon! The food was delicious and the drinks were great. Just overall a super fun experience. Thank you!

Returning to PF Chang's after a while and it was great. Conveniently located on the periphery of Woodfield Mall. Great food choices as always with most dishes where vegetarian substitutions could be made. Looks like a destination of choice for birthday/celebrations,

10/10! My husband brought me here for the first time and they were exceptional! The manager was so nice and she even pulled out my chair for me. The waiter was very pleasant and professional. Atmosphere was so relaxing, food was great & their red crane sangria was amazingggg!! Highly recommend ❤️

This was my first visit and unfortunately there was a problem in the kitchen this particular evening. Group of six celebrating my birthday The server was sweet and staff was very friendly. Not sure management handled this the best. Major delay on appetizers to start, we ordered three and two came out first. Upon finishing the two had to ask where the third one was. I feel there was a delay in taking our entree orders, but certainly didn't expect what happened next. Food took over 45 minutes (mind you it was a week night, NOT busy). Two people ordered soup, which should have been brought out without delay and prior to entrees. The server apologized for long delay, we were told Senior Chef called in and they were also training a Chef. Finally brought soup after 30 minutes and offered free soup to anyone else based on delay. My 90 year old Mother-in-law spilled her soup and I cleaned the bulk of it up. In the end food finally arrived and was not hot. My experience was not good...won't be going back. So they gave us two soups for free, I asked for the other two to be refunded which they had no problem with. In my opinion management should have stepped in for further resolution.

PF Changs is always good for a plate of lettuce wraps, tasty orange chicken, chicken lo mein and some other great Americanized Chinese food. The service never wows me, but the great things is that we dont need great service to enjoy the food!

My favorite dish was actually the shrimp appetizer. It's flavors were wild. Besides that I think the staff was friendly.

Caitlan was our server today, and she did an excellent job taking care of us! It was pretty busy during the lunch hour, but Caitlan handled the crowd really well! We ate everything, it was very delicious! Kudos to her, we will be back soon!

Always try to bring a friend and share plates. The plate portions are big here. Food is great, authentic and freshly prepared. I have always very much enjoyed the food except only when they don't cook or wok the Flank steak pieces well and are chewy or chunky and weird shaped (like scraps). I go mostly for a cup of Hot n Sour soup about one hour just before they close because for some reason, I sleep well with their unique recipe, perhaps its what they would call an aphrodisiac food. This recipe is unmatched from any other HotnSour soup I have ever had. I absolutely highly recommend trying this soup alone or part of your meal. I only give 4 stars because I think everything is overpriced for such simple food where rice or noodles make up most of the plates on the menu. I also noticed if you dine in and order Beef fried rice for example, they seem to give you a slightly bigger portion that is enough for 3 persons where as if you order for take out, the portion size feeds two persons.

It was my first time trying P.F. Chang’s and everything was wonderful! My server was really awesome! I got the Shrimp Lo Mein and the Crab Wontons. Everything was delicious!

I should say the food was not bad. But things have definitely changed over time. To begin with, the Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap is definitely not what it used to be. Also it is expensive now. They have introduced a couple of new Vegetarian items an they were good. The service is OK. I think they need a couple of more servers.
