Me and my husband went here on a Saturday night. It was our first time and let me say, the food was OUT STANDING, the appetizers we're also over the top. Our server, he was so attentive, knew about the food, offered size suggestions. (Sadly I was so deep at looking at the menu, I did miss his name.) However he made our first time experience superb. I got the chicken parmesan, my husband got a split pizza, bread and goat cheese, and buffalo boneless wings. Everything I tried the flavor profile, just 10/10! We plan to frequent this restaurant, quite often.

Tons of variety on their pizzas! Love that the dough comes in 3 thicknesses. Great tap selection with flight options. Good place for families. Was busy, be prepared for a little wait, we went around 5pm on a weekday, had 7 people and only waited about 10 minutes, but it was already busy at 5. Great to see and good atmosphere.

I went w a friend during dinner time and got a table with in ten minutes. There was plenty of parking right outside and the building is nice. We sat inside but there is a patio. The servers were polity and knew the menu very well. We got chicken wings as an app and they came out amazing. The wings were golden and perfectly crispy. Also not breaded which I prefer. We got two pizzas split into four different specialty topping for a little extra $ but well recomended. I would definitley suggest sugar river pizza to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable option to chain restaurants.

Had a great experience here! Pros: Pretty reasonable prices Lots of yummy dishes to choose from The cheese curds were good My husband was able to taste a spotted cow for only $1.50, which was appreciated. Waitress was nice Food tasted good Cons: Had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated The bread that came with our alfredo dishes didn’t taste good. It looked delicious, but tasted so plain, I didn’t even want to finish it.

Thanks to Sugar River, I will never enjoy ranch dressing anywhere else again. I got a strawberry gin fizz mock-tail, side salad, spinach artichoke dip, and Amazon pizza. Filling and plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I can still taste the ranch. I don’t know what they did, but I need that bottled in a grocery store ASAP. I’ve never tasted a more refreshing or delightful dressing. Not too heavy and the dill was extremely refreshing. If you couldn’t tell, the ranch made the most impact. Everything else was delicious as well, but I’m stuck on the ranch.

Stopped over for dinner while staying at the hotel nearby. Ordered a large pizza to go, was ready on time, picked it up and headed back to the hotel - where I found out I got the wrong pizza. A quick call and they were very quick to remake a new pizza. A brisk walk back and picked up the correct pie. Pizza is very tasty (a large has ten slices), the staff is great, highly recommend stopping by.

Sooooo good. Top of the line pizza. The beer dippers are so good and their fried pickles are par but the pizza is top notch

Second sugar River pizza location we have visited. Food was awesome! Staff was ok our waitress needed a bit more training. Forgot straws for us and other tables. Forgot to put in our appetizer. Didn't get us refills.

Place was very busy which we know why now. So we opted to sit on the patio to avoid the long wait. Very sunny and very warm which rightfully so; it's outside. Might I suggest a sunscreen at least so you can at least enjoy your time outside even if it is sunny and warm. We did end up taking it to go. Our waitress was amazing! On the other hand the pizza was unbelievably great!! I strongly suggest chicken bacon ranch(right) buffalo chicken(one with ranch on it) sausage, pepperoni with ranch sauce! Absolutely delicious!!!!!!

This was our first time trying Sugar River Pizza and it was truly something to write about. In this world of hit or miss resturants this place was a big hit! We started with some of the best fried pickles and wings my son and I have ever had. Perfectly fried and juicy with the house ranch which we are now in love with. The half garden salad was huge and so fresh. We ended up with 2 pizzas and both were perfectly crispy and amazingly delicious. The Figgy Pie was savory and a bit sweet so satisfying and my son's pepperoni was stellar. We couldnt stop talking about it on the way home. I am kicking myself for not coming here sooner. The service was wonderful and our server was so personable and knowledgeable I believe her name was April. The outdoor patio was shady and peaceful on this hot day. 10 out of 10 will definitely end up being one of our favorite spots from now on! Thank you!

*worst service* I have had at any restaurant. Wait staff claimed glasses were breaking out of the dishwasher saying “drinks would be a while” it then took two hours to get 2/3 pizzas. When the staff was asked he told us our order was switched- 20 minutes later we had all eaten and still hadn’t gotten our last pizza. Again we asked the wait staff and were told “they forgot to put the order in” when asked to speak with a manager about the issues the waiter became very argumentative and rude flat out refusing. Sadly- the food is good but I would avoid this location.

The server was super silly and friendly. She gave me a great recommendation to order the shrimp. She wasnt wrong. It was amazing. She gave us pitchers for the table for refills of drinks. That was nice because then we didnt have to wait for refills.

Did online order and curbside pickup. Everything worked easy and smoothly. Got the sugar creek meat lovers and it was phenomenal. Great flavor, crispy crust, just plain awesome. Also got the local mix beer 6 pack which was a unique offering. Loved all of the beers that were included.

Had chicken florentine soup and the Reubens sandwich. Both were very good. Also had the SRB Brandy Old Fashioned which was okay. The atmosphere was a nice Italian theme. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Love, love, love this place!!! I had the pulled pork pizza.... It was on point!!! So so good!! Amazon deluxe pizza was just as good! Cajun fettuccine Alfredo did NOT taste jarred at all!! Very few places are impressive to me with Alfredo sauce and there's I would definitely order again! Homemade peanut butter pie was so rich and delicious! Brownie indulgence is made to split . So good! And our bartender was the cherry on the top of this first time visit!!! I didn't know what I wanted, so I did "bartender roulette", she nailed it! It takes a skilled bartender to read someone in just a few words and nail there flavor palette! I absolutely loved her, Melinda totally made the night 😉! Definitely will be back especially at these prices 🥰

As out of town visitors we had a great experience here. It was early dinner time so not as crowded as expected and still in time for happy hour. The bartender/waitress recommended the special “old fashions” which came quickly and really whet the appetites. Our chicken BBQ pizza was cheesy and the sauce smokey and satisfying. This would be a regular stop when we come to town.

This place is SO GOOD. Seriously. I moved here from a big city and was bummed after not being able to find any good pizza places. 3 years later I try this place and DAMN it’s goood!! Highly recommend!!!!

My husband and I've been regulars at Sugar River for several years, but I don't think we'll be returning. We were just there and as we start taking a few bites into the pizza, we noticed a long piece of hair stuck in the pizza. When we talked to the server, she didn't apologize or looked concerned but just casually asked us whether we wanted to continue eating it (yuck!) or wanted a new pie baked. We asked to cancel the pizza and take it out from the bill and get us our bill for our drinks and the soup. She dropped the bill off and then we had to wait quite a while for her to pick up my card and the bill. Finally after a while she picked it up but later came back dropping off the card without any receipt for me to put my signature on. She walked away so quickly after dropping it off, we didn't even have a chance to tell her that the receipt was missing, so we had to walk over to the counter in search of the merchant copy of the receipt for me to sign. Still no apology. I understand that an accident like baking hair in a pizza can happen (though it's disgusting) but the whole situation could have been dealt better.
