The atmosphere was good. But. But. When we reach there, we saw that there's a lot empty seats, but we are required to wait for 20-25 minutes. After 25 minutes, we wait for another 10 minutes to order and another 30+ minutes for the food. Total up we waited for almost one hour. (Which it is not packed??) The food was slightly salty. Not sure if will come again.

This is our first time going here, but unfortunately also the last. The Pad Thai had absolutely no Pad Thai sauce or flavor. The only thing I could somewhat taste on the noodles was the lime that was placed on the top. After bringing it up, they brought a dish with the sauce. Although it helped make it edible, it was still not any good. We also got the Signature Lo Mein which was also very bland and had the minimal amount of portions of meat. After all this, it still cost us full price. The only reason this is not one star is because the Winter in Beijing Cocktail was fantastic. The food quality was not even close to the high price that you pay for it. We have no desire to ever return here again.

Had the spicy chicken with extra spice. Only complaint is that it could have used a tad more spice. Finished the meal with sticky toffee pudding that was good. Overall good experience with good food. Would go back to try other menu items.

We had dynamite shrimp for an appetizers. He really enjoyed the salad and sauce. The shrimp was cooked to perfection but very light. We expected more bold flavors. The miso salmon was perfect sauce was a bit sweet lo mien noodles were a bit sticky. I ordered pepper steak and rice. Off top the steak cut was delicious 😋 sauce was good also and large portions. Our server was everything. Didn't get his name but he was a great multitasking the real MVP. It was nice...

Really good 4 out of 5 times! Usually pretty good. Decided to do takeout for the wife on her bday and it was very dry and had almost no sauce on it. We were shorted on our order and had to go back and ask for our soup. For the $ price not overly satisfied....

We do not usually visit chain restaurants, but were excited for the vegetarian options. We loved the eggplant, great flavor and a huge portion to share! The atmosphere is modern and the service was great. Some unique drinks that are refreshing. We will be back!

Stopped in for a late lunch while running a few errands. Our server was excellent. Very attentive in spite of the fact that it was busy. Food was very good and came out quickly. Manager stopped by our table to check in and make sure everything was satisfactory. Overall a great experience.

This is only the second time I've ever been to a P.F. Chang's...and, based on how amazing the food and service was this evening, I've definitely been missing out. Our party of four had a number of appetizers including the Egg Drop Soup, Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and also the Crispy Green Beans, all of which were so good that I wouldn't have felt cheated if that's all I'd had for dinner. However, I'm glad it wasn't because my meal, the Crispy Honey Chicken with Fried Rice was literally Heaven-on-Earth. The chicken was firm and yet not tough with an exterior coating that was just a bit crispy / crunchy without being overly so. Aside from the wonderful food, our waitress, Stephanie, was very engaging, polite, pleasant and helpful without being suffocating or over-the-top. I seriously can't think of a dinner get-together that my wife and I have enjoyed more in the last few months...and the meal and the service were two of the main reasons for that. Thank you *VERY* much, P.F. Chang's in general and Stephanie in particular, for the wonderful food and the amazing service we enjoyed this evening !! 👏😁

P.F. Chang's delivers pretty solid Chinese fare in a setting that's a little more appropriate for a date than the typical Chinese place in the area. Get the dumplings for sure because they are delectable. The service was great, but there was just a little waiting involved. Expect to pay a bit more for the atmosphere and the cleanliness, too. Located immediately adjacent to the Fox River Mall.

So sad I have been here before and the one further south near Gurnee area (which is and amazing PF Changs) this visit was terrible. We called ahead and the gentleman was very polite on the phone, however arrived to a lady who was older and very rude and told me id have to wait an hour without a reservation. I ordered simple honey chicken for myself and my kids and it was not at all honey chicken it was completely orange chicken! Which yes is good but I can't do spicy even though it isn't a lot of spice I couldn't eat much and I've been craving their honey chicken for a long time. Then I mentioned it to the server and he said he'd bring me honey sauce which again was not honey at all its not hard to tell the flavor of honey vs not honey. The steak that had been ordered in one of our meals was so well done and dry it flaked off in strings (was ordered medium). The only good things were the pork dumplings and the lettuce wraps. Oh and not to mention the rib meal that was ordered to go was so small and $30 itself. I will not be returning to the one in appleton sadly.

Was a nice experience, and our waitress was wonderful and knowledgeable, but 4 stars because I honestly like the cheaper chinese flavors better. 🤷‍♀️ Except those crab rangoons....those rocked!!!

Had a great time here this weekend - not pictured is the dim sum dumplings and Dynamite sushi roll - both so delicious! The service was great and our food came out timed perfectly. We hadn’t been here since they updated the color with red and we found the update to be welcoming and classy.

Never wrote a review before but absolutely loved this place. My friend brought me saying "You HAVE to try it, there orange chicken is AMAZING!" We stopped on our way to the movies and shopping and the services was great, food was made so fresh, and the manager made sure to acknowledge and welcome us. On top the price was well worth the food. Well deserved 5 star and I'll definitely be coming back! Also got to try their desert, "The great wall of chocolate," in case someone wants to try it for themselves;)

Food is ok and overpriced. I had the spicy chicken which was not spicy at all and reminded me of the food court food. The atmosphere is very nice. Service was great.

The food is always fantastic but the staff and the excuses really ruined it for us today. Barely anyone in the restaurant and they wouldn’t seat anyone. To many to-go orders, 15 minute wait please. We waited 40 minutes to order with 10 other people in the entire restaurant! Bar was filthy, two bartenders and they wouldn’t wipe it off and struggled to serve a few drinks. You’d think maybe you’d get your two sodas comped by the staff for patiently waiting…NOPE. We’ll charge you 3.50 a pice for them too!

Stopped early afternoon during the week. The restaurant was pretty empty aside from another table. Service was great, almost on the verge of uncomfortable with the amount the server came by, almost like they were trying to rush us along. Food was hot and good. Prices are on the higher end, the reason we only dine here occasionally.

I really love this restaurant the food taste amazing perfect portions. The drinks delicious and they have variety. I had the wonton soup amazing the pepper steak delicious. The ambiance was a whole vibe. Definitely coming here again for dates.

This was our first time to this particular PF changs location. It was clean and we were seated right away. Lots of the same things are on the menu that we enjoy.but oh wow! I'm used to price increases but this was huge. $22 for Mongolian beef. $13.50 for a little bit of lettuce wraps. Sauces are pre-mixed and served in a small sauce cup. Service was good. But the prices are just way too much for for what you get. Maybe that's why they we're not busy.

We had the lettuce wraps, taste was very good but they used ice burg lettuce! Which does not work well. My husband and I both had the Chilean Sea Bass, over cooked and chewy. To end the meal we had the molten cake... it was cold, doughy, ice cream had major ice chips and no raspberry sauce (they were out of it)! We also heard they were completely out of chicken for all meals. The few workers there was worked, but we had used plates on our table throughout our meal. Not worth the $174.00 bill. Not returning for a long time.

We had a party of 7 and called for reservations, when we arrived we were seated immediately. Sat in the bar area which I took no issue with. Kea was our server, I did feel a little bad as she was the bar tender as well and we were a larger table. But she was amazing and did a great job with our refills on drinks. One of our apps took a bit and she was on it before I even mentioned it. She made a great Long Island as well, it was a little more tart than I'm used to and it was delicious that way! The crispy green beans were perfectly done, the outside golden brown, inside green beans still held their integrity. Pan fried dumplings were literally sizzling on presentation and the sweet chili sauce they were accompanied by paired perfectly. Everyone was more than content with their main dishes. The only downfall if there was one at all was that the main courses were priced just a bit high for the portion size, not so much so thay we won't be back though. Namely it was truly our server that made the experience great for us, especially with staffing shortages; having great staff right now should be recognized. The service provided and the food quality itself made me feel more than okay paying the price for the meal.
