They were fantastic!!! A very sentimental necklace broke. The person who gave it me passed away. The funeral is in two days, with Easter in between. I had been frantically trying to find a jewelry shop who could fix it in time. Three shops had turned me away. Christopher's was the only one who said they would attempt it. It's perfect. Couldn’t be happier with my custom made ring from Christopher! My husband initially custom made a ring and purchased it through Brilliant Earth. I brought it in, in hopes that Christopher could just resize it for me. After some conversation over the ring, Christopher ended up custom making the exact same ring that I fell in love with (same cut, color, clarity, platinum band etc.) for me and we ended up saving a significant amount of money by going through Christopher and returning the original ring to Brilliant Earth(thankfully we were still in the refund timeframe!). Now he is custom making a matching wedding band since (long story short) my original one needed to be cut off. Can’t wait for it all to come together. Skip the big box jewelers and online retailers and go see Christopher! You will not be disappointed!

My engagement and wedding rings were custom made by a family friend living in Texas 38 years ago. Eventually they were soldered together, and two jewelers "worked" on the soldered ring over the years. It was a lovely ring, and I received many compliments over the years, but I was never really happy with the ring itself. It looked "cobbled" together if you looked at it closely. Arthritis took its toll on my hands and the ring had to be cut off. My husband knew of Christopher's craftmanship from working with him professionally. My husband said if the ring was going to be updated, Christopher was the craftsman. How right he was! We took the ring to Christopher, and he immediately began drawing a design. We had some other gold jewelry and some diamonds that Christopher used to create the new ring. When we picked up the ring, my husband and I were in awe of the design! We were looking at the gorgeous ring...I think Christopher was watching the tears well up in our eyes. My ring is absolutely gorgeous...so well-designed. Christopher actually saw the design the others tried to create and greatly improved upon it. Christopher isn't a jeweler...he is an artist and jewelry craftsman. My husband and I were absolutely blown away. I now have an heirloom piece of jewelry!

BEYOND impressed with the customer service of Christopher's. I brought in a Rado watch that another large jewelry store in Janesville refused to touch because of "liability" (i.e.laziness). Not only did the female tech at Christopher's replace the battery in minutes, she also replaced the batteries in three other watches I brought with. She was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Additionally, Christopher (owner) also came out to make sure we were being helped, to ask if we had any questions, and to ensure our satisfaction. For my 30th anniversary, I wanted to add to my wedding ring. I wanted the same look as my original ring, but with some bling (diamonds and rubies)! I shared my idea with Christopher, he made some suggestions, drew the design and added me to his schedule. Christopher is the best jeweler I have ever had the opportunity to work with. He is honest, patient, skilled, open to input, and extremely personable.. I worked with him to design an engagement/wedding ring combo that was exactly as I envisioned it. He offered advice and sketched out precisely what I wanted, then made it even more exquisitely than I thought possible. After seeing her ring, my fiance at the time spoke with Christopher and he designed what can only be described as my "crown." I almost wept when I saw my ring as I had never seen anything that fabulous; and it was mine. I later had Christopher make my wife a pair of earrings for her wedding gift and he found a fantastic deal on a pair of princess cut diamonds that he set perfectly to match her ring setting, making for quite a sparkly bride. His prices are very reasonable and I always get much more than I pay for. In an industry where it's hard to not be exploited as a customer, Christopher assures me that not only am I getting high quality merchandise, but at a much less inflated price than I had expected. Both my mother and new mother-in-law were so impressed by his skill that they have become fiercely loyal to Christopher, having him design and remake their wedding rings and many other pieces. During our interactions, Christopher and I have become friendly and I consider him among my closest associates and recommend him to everyone. In the last few years, he has begun selling flowers and I have gladly purchased many arrangements from him. His florist, Paula is fantastic at making unique and creative designs that never cease to amaze the recipients. The Ultimate Lifetime Memory by Christopher My Dad and Mom passed away within 3 months of each other. My Dad was devoted to the Poor Clare Nuns ( St. Claire ). When he passed, I purchased 4 St. Claire lead metals from the Poor Clare Nun's for me and my 3 sisters to be carried all the time in his memory. After my Mom passed, we found that she had melted down some of her jewelry into nuggets. I had Christopher fix a few jewelry items for me, including my wife's wedding rings. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. So I asked him if he could melt some of my Mom's nuggets and place a ring around the St. Claire lead metal to put on chains. He told me that was impossible because the lead metal would melt. However, he suggested making a mold of the lead metal and pouring my Mom's melted gold into it. I agreed. I sent my sisters their metals as a surprise. They were speechless. What a wonderful memento, it is, to have part of our Dad's and Mom's life together. Christopher, I can't thank you enough for your suggestion and masterpiece. They are beautiful!!!!

Amazing customer service. I came into the store while they were working when it was closed. Christopher was so nice to inquire what I needed. The stone fell out of my mother's engagement ring and she was anxious get it repaired. He looked at it and told me to come back in 1 hour. Upon my return, the ring was repaired and sparkled. I am very pleased and impressed with Christopher’s! My husband worked with Christopher several years ago to design my engagement ring and the fine detail is absolutely exquisite. I needed my ring resized and they did that free of charge. When a stone fell out, they replaced free of charge and very speedily. When needed, we will return to Christopher’s in the future.

My husband had an idea of a design for my wedding ring and took it to Christopher. Christopher put a lot of thought into it and came up with a beautiful amazing ring that I’d never take off my finger. Well years later I developed a horrible allergy to gold. I was so sad when my doctor told me I couldn’t wear my ring anymore. I took my ring to Christopher after about a year of not wearing it, and he too was sad I couldn’t wear it. He took my ring and made it hypoallergenic for me by doing a dipping process (I think)! It looks exactly the same as it did the day my husband gave it to me and I can wear it without a reaction! Christopher is brilliant when it comes to jewelry design, and he’s also kind and honest! I would highly recommend!
