I've done numerous Covid testings there and must say, this place is quick, efficient and friendly. It deserves more than 5 stars. Never waited for more than 5 minutes. Registration process is quick, Staff is fast and efficient, and on occasion they'll ask you to pull on the side until you collect samples. Results come the next day and they're accurate. Their "weakest link" is the lab- the result access codes they provide, are not working pretty frequently, and you have to call the number to straighten it out and get your results. Now, lately the results have been delayed because of huge influxes. I believe the lab is a separate company, but it is still the part of the SMS experience.

I took my daughter in for a rapid Covid test and Kevin was so gentle, kind and patient with her. I really appreciate how he went out of his was to comfort a scared child. The registration process was quick and the results were in my email within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Please, don’t use this place to do any type of trip planning. I had to cancel my trip that I had plan for weeks, because I never received my COVID results. Let me share my experience, I went Saturday around 5 pm, since my flight was planned for today at 2pm. Before the appointment, I asked multiple times at what time I would get the results so I can plan ahead, and the answer was: “sometime before noon on Monday. If you don’t received it by then, call”. I called today at 10:30 am and they said my test won’t get resulted until later today between 2-11pm. I asked to talk to the “doctor” or manager to explain the situation and try to get an expedite, and he was incredible rude saying that he spoke to me And told me results are gonna be resulted between 2-11pm and that was not TRUE whatsoever. The day of the appointment on Saturday, I just talked to 2 ladies and both of them stated that I will get my results before noon today. NEVER HAPPENED. And I am still WAITING FOR THE RESULTS. I had to change my flight because of this irresponsable and liar people. Seriously, this is not the way to manage business and customer service. I have not seen my family for a long time and we were supposed to reunite this week, but unable to do as planned because their misinformation. This is completely wrong, please: DO NOT TRUST THEM and do not plan to get results as fast as they say. Again, I am still waiting on my results of a COVID PCR since Saturday 10/23

I was nervous because it’s my first time taking a COVID-19 test. Mike was so informative. He really made me feel comfortable. I prayed before I came even my son prayed for me that the experience would be pleasant. Our prayers were answered. If it’s your first time and you’re a little nervous go here. I have had to get a Covid test twice now & both times my experience has been great! They get you in ASAP & the test is quick as well. Mike did a phenomenal job easing my moms nerves & talking her through each step. If I could give a 10/10 I would!!

Excellent place to get tested. Very easy to make an appointment on-line, super fast drive-up. Due to high volume, the turn around time was about 4 days . I previously had a very bad experience with another fake covid place that never produced results, so definitely recommend this lab, they are legit and professional!

The process of getting the test was very easy. However, it has now been a full week and I STILL have not gotten any results. I missed some events such as my nephew’s birthday party because SMS could not fulfill their promise of getting my results back within 2 days. Edit: I received a call from Randy and he sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. They have good customer service there.

I took my pcr saliva test on 1/5. I have been sick for days now. Was told I would have results 24-48 hours later. I waited patiently. Come the 3rd day I called asking where my results were, the nice lady over the phone said they were pending and I should have my results by midnight that day. I still do not have my results and it's now day 5. I'm already questioning if they are going to be accurate due to the fact my son had a negative on his, but then tested positive in school a couple days following. I am currently missing a lot of work(unpaid) trying to keep my co-workers and customers safe. I'm not the type of person to keep calling and bugging people, but today I might have to. Edit: Day 6 with no results. Boyfriend who was tested at the same time got his results yesterday and is positive with covid.

It was pretty painless. Never got out of car. Did PCR test Friday around 5:30pm and got an email Sunday night with pdf results so we were set for work Monday. Printed pdf for work. They had said 3 business days so we were really happy with response speed. Will use again.

Hands down the only place we will ever go. My children were so scared and everyone here is phenomenal. So friendly and helpful. Calming everyone's nerves. Thanks for having a great crew out there taking care of us during these covid times.

The process was so easy to book a appointment.I even had to move my time up on a Sunday and I had no problem, called and my request was granted. My son took his PCR covid test Sunday at 11am and we got the results back Monday evening around 4:30 pm. This was perfect because it allowed us to be worry free on his trip out of the country. I loved the drive up option and the staff was friendly and professional. Any time we need a covid test in the future I'm definitely coming here. Keep up the great service!!!

A quick and painless place to get a COVID test in a car. Deducted one star because they did not tell me I could only get it one test covered by insurance a week.

My family and I have repeatedly gotten PCR tests here and they fast and efficient. Usually get back to us within 24 hrs, 48 tops. I recommend this place because they can usually see you same day. Good place to use when they've sent your kiddo home as a precaution. As a bonus so you don't have to keep checking your email they will text you notifying results are in.

Got tested twice here and the experience is phenomenal. We got Mike 2 times and he is very gentle and efficient! We also got out tests next day even though they said it takes two days. No Guarantees it that will have it for you but it was really nice.
