We
came
here
on
Friday
July
1st
as
my
15
year
old
son
had
become
extremely
anemic
and
had
very
low
blood
volune
to
see
the
pediatric
GI
team.
They
got
on
things
right
away
starting
with
labs,
fluids,
vitamins,
and
blood
transfusion.
Had
hos
Endoscopy
and
Colonoscopy
on
Sunday
the
3rd.
Today
he
goes
for
MRI
to
view
the
areas
of
the
intestines
the
scopes
could
not
reach.
So
it's
no
food
again
until
after
the
MRI.
But
we
have
had
nothing
less
than
excellent
care
from
all
the
staff.

Life
here
at
the
hospital
is
so
amazing.
We
would
love
to
take
her
home
with
us
and
make
her
a
part
of
our
family.
Jessica
from
housekeeping
is
such
a
sweet
lady
and
genuinely
cares
about
her
job
and
the
patients
and
families.
The
nursing
staff
on
the
5th
floor
are
extremely
kind
and
professional
while
keeping
a
great
sense
of
humor
and
make
everyone
feel
welcome
and
comfortable.
They
understand
all
of
our
anxieties
not
just
about
being
here,
but
about
what
we
all
have
going
on
at
home
and
a
parents
need
to
be
in
both
places
at
the
same
time.
So
far
they
have
listened
with
great
compassion
as
I'm
rambling
about
my
need
to
be
home
doing
all
the
stuff
that
needs
doing
for
all
my
other
family
members,
knowing
I'm
not
leaving
my
son
here
alone.
Which
has
been
a
great
stress
reliever
and
not
the
feeling
of
guilt
as
being
only
1
person.
Definitely
a
place
I
would
not
have
anxiety
about
having
to
be
at
again
if
the
need
ever
arose
again.
