My husband and I looked everywhere to find a unique bracelet to replace the one that I had that broken. We went everywhere. We saw some very nice things.....but then we met Raj. He wasted no time in telling us that he could design something wonderful for me. We had heard that before. But he brought out a catalog, and began to modify some of what was in the catalog and within 2 days, I had a rendering. I loved it. Then when I picked up my new bracelet yesterday, my mind was blown! It was even more amazing than I expected. Raj did everything he promised. We thought that the bracelet was very fairly priced and it is so incredibly beautiful! Highly recommend this store. Mr Raj is the best ever!!! He is very kind, professional and always makes my day. My aunt was buried today. I was really upset because i could not take the day off to attend the funeral. My necklace broke and i took it to Mr Raj's store to be fixed after work. I walked in with my 8 year old daughter and asked if there was a possibility for it be ready in a couple of days. He immediately took it and asked me to wait a couple of minutes. To my surprise, it was ready in less than 5 minutes! He handed it to me and refused to take any payment for it. He definitely put a smile on my face after the horrible day I had. My fiance and I had a fantastic experience here. Raj was easy to work with, and knew exactly how to create the custom ring design we verbally described to him. He was a great communicator, both via text and email, and it was awesome that we were able to see 3-D designs and renderings of the ring we ended up with (see below). Raj quickly made edits we requested, but also gave us honest feedback and his professional opinion on the design/materials, based on our needs and budget. He also provided us with an appraisal as part of his service, so we could get the ring insured. I should mention, after meeting with several jewelers in Chicago (where we live), we decided to work with Raj at Precious Fine Jewelry in Naperville, given his quality work, customer service, and competitive pricing. We will definitely be going back here for our wedding bands, and any future jewelry needs!

I brought my G- SHOCK here to change the battery for the first time after 10 years of having it and working great always used on vacations and to go in the water (water resistant watch) I went to the kids pool and water got inside the watch and it stop working when I brought it back the owner sad " it was my fault for putting it in the water and I didn't tell him to change it to a water resistant battery and said he could send it out to fix it but I had to pay for it. In the end I just wanted my watch back so ended up paying extra for repair and he said I cant put in water still. Please take responsibility for what you did.

We have stopped into the store several times because we needed replacement watch batteries. They were always friendly quick and reasonable with their services. Recently we needed to add posts to some clip on earrings for my daughters birthday. They were able to get it done quickly, so we would be able to have it to her for her party. They polished the earrings, and made them look fantastic. We always like to shop local businesses and look forward to making a future purchase from them.😊😊

The other month I dropped off my Breitling for a maintenance/cleaning. After waiting a couple weeks, I received a call back, and got myself a good deal using cash in person ($20 off of $270). I checked my Breitling after I've already handed over my cash and it's all stained yellow, waiting for another lovely bargain/negotiation after the geniuses already opened it up and "cleaned/maintained" it. Instead I handed over another old watch, got no receipt/ticket for it, called after nearly a month just to find out that Raj is now "putting together another envelope" for this old watch to be sent out to be fixed again. Before the day was done, Raj called to explain that they "couldn't find parts" although clearly he started looking for them the same day I called and reminded him that I've dropped some thing off in the first place. Pure negligence for a piece of jewelry that sentimental and rare, when in reality this thing was going to sit on his desk until we all forgot about it. If you like to bargain with cash and have no where else to go in Naperville, be our guest. No doubt in my mind this guy can do a good job, just not this time and probably not all the time. Forgot to mention, since the owner replied and I'm the bad guy. Check the cost of batteries at the grocery store before you ask for yours to be changed. Take care :)

I was very satisfied with the service I had at this jewelry store. I I got excellent service and found the person to be very helpful and responsive. I had a Movado watch repaired that was no longer available and the solution I thought was excellent and a good value. I would highly recommend this place for any repairs or purchases.

My husband I bought our wedding bands here and they look fabulous! My band is definitely an eye catcher and I get so many compliments on it. Raj and Nilam are so helpful and they can basically create anything you want. 100% can say your item will come out way better than you ever imagined. Great service and workmanship! I brought in three pieces: gold chain needing replacement lobster clasp, gold necklace needing fixed link & silver necklace needing chain repaired. All work done quickly and like brand new! Also replaced my watch battery. Would recommend to anyone in the area that needs repair work at a reasonable price & great service!

Brought several watches over for battery changes. So far, buttons on two of them that I’ve checked aren’t working because of the improper way they were put back together. This would have been something they would have noticed if they tried to set the watches after putting in new batteries. I disassembled them and fixed them myself. Saving time having them do the battery change ended up being a waste of time.
