We are ELITE MEMBERS. ELITE MEMBERS receive certains benefits. One of these benefits is a late check out. After requesting a late checkout on checkin, the next morning at 11 we were told we had to get out because the night staff did not inform the day staff. NOT MY PROBLEM. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE. I HAD TO RUSH AND TAKE A SHOWER AND GET OUT. ALSO THIS LOCATION CAN NOT GET THE PAPERWORK STRAIGHT. My husband's clinic uses this location for numerous nights stay and yet they seem to always get the paperwork wrong. They always make us feel like criminals when we are checking in like are stealing. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!

Pros -- Spotless, quiet room, nice bedding, plenty of lighting and room darkening shades. Breakfast was good, coffee better than most. Friendly and helpful staff! Cons -- Parking spaces nearest door are reserved for "diamond elite" but all were empty. Parking for large busses or trailers might be an issue. Suggest adding plain greek yogurt, veggie hash, or other healthy sides.

Always a very friendly staff, ready to accommodate any need you have! Also very, very clean rooms and lobby-dining areas, the entire hotel was kept in exceptional condition..even the pool area after several kids had spent the afternoon there- you would have never known by the looks of it..very impressive! The housekeepers do an amazing job, truly. The free breakfast is beyond top notch as well- there were so many options to choose from... A full breakfast spread with just about anything you could imagine wanting! WILL DEFINITELY BRING MY FAMILY BACK AGAIN!!! Definitely our hotel of choice. ❤️
