I had an appointment with Danielle Jones. She has been my stylist for years, but it was my first visit at her new salon. The ambiance is delightful. The salon is clean and the decor is elegant. The other stylist are friendly as are the other people that provide a variety of different services. I can't recommend this place enough.

I’ve had the most amazing amazing deep tissue massages from Robin at the Ritual Spa& Salon. I absolutely love the new lobby and waiting area in the back. It gives me warm and cozy vibes. I appreciate Robin listening to my body concerns and giving me tips for while I’m at home. Also thanks for being my personal counselor😜

Jamie is absolutely wonderful! Not only does she do a fantastic job with my hair, she is also such a sweet and easy to talk to type of person. She makes me feel so comfortable the whole time she's doing my hair! And the end result is always amazing! I have seen Jamie for years and HIGHLY recommend her! The salon is also so cute and makes you feel so relaxed. Everyone was so nice and makes you feel at home. Will definitely be returning!

I had a very nice experience at the Ritual Company. The owner was so nice and helped answer questions regarding hypermingtatation. Makala did a great job on my facial. She also massaged shoulders and arms. I will defenitely be back for another facial.

Everyone I met at the salon was so nice! I felt comfortable and well taken care of. My hair came out great and look forward to more appointments with Jamie. My husband also had an appointment with her later that day and he had a great experience also. We can’t wait to try out the other services.

Duanne was great with scheduling a group of us for an amazing pampering experience today at The Ritual! The head spa was wonderful and Makayla did an amazing job. I then had my hair and brows done by Danielle and Emanee both were so great! Already can’t wait to go back!

Aimee did an amazing job in making me feel relaxed after having my son. She made sure I was comfortable during my massage and paid extra attention to areas that held tension. I highly recommend her for a massage!

Hands down the BEST place ever!! Before Ritual Spa I was traveling to the Southshore to be pampered and tend to my brows. No need for that now, the Ritual Team is the complete package! They are #1 in my book for customer service, they offer all the things from brows, hair, massages, facials.. you literally don’t need another place in your life! One stop for all of your beauty and relaxation needs! I’m so glad I found them! My brows and hair have never looked better!! Can’t wait to try the scalp massage experience next!!

Was a first time client today. Jessica took me back and honestly the whole thing felt rushed straight from the hair wash. Cut my hair and then dried it to do my layers and bangs. Sat there and cut the bangs and said “I know it’s hard to tell because it’s straight.” Like are you serious???? STYLE THE BANGS SO I CAN SEE!!! I left with my hair straight as a board. No styling whatsoever. And my bangs just hanging down all looking sloppy. I didn’t even need my hair styled but you couldn’t take two minutes to style curtain bangs. And she barely even talked to me the whole entire time. So I will be going home and styling my own hair. Went back and deducted a star because styling is included in the classic cut and I did not receive any. Do not waste your money.
