I have always liked going to Grand but this time sealed the deal. Switched my 5 yr old here so we could go together. She has a strong fear of Dr offices in general. There were definitely tears in the beginning, as I expected. But she came around and handled it like a champ! While checking out she told me “mom I like the dentist now!” This makes my mama heart happy! Although they aren’t advertised like the others as “Pediatric dentists”, their care of my girl was amazing! Who needs a waiting room full of toys when you’re only in it for a couple minutes at Grand! I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes! Thank you so much Dr. Grand, Dr. Bratcher, Cheri and the entire staff for making this change well worth it!

Really disappointed in this practice. I had high hopes because of the great reviews. The service from the hygienist and dentist were great but management and billing are subpar. Both my husband and I had discrepancies in our billing statements. They make you pay upfront at your visit, which is a red flag. It took us over a month and numerous follow-up calls to receive our refunds. The manager, the only person able to review our bills and issue a refund, was never in the office or available to speak to us. We were always promised a call back and never once received one. They do not understand basic insurance claims. My insurance had to call them to explain my explanation of benefits so they could finally realize they overcharged me. They flat out failed to submit a claim for my husband and made him pay out-of-pocket for a procedure that is fully covered by his insurance. They still are misinterpreting his benefits and overcharging him. I am not one to write negative reviews, but this practice has been quite a pain to work with and I chose to write one because they never once apologized or showed any signs of contrition.

I don’t even know where to begin but from the first person I spoke to which was Claire whom told me she was living her best life to then meeting Victoria, I knew I was in great hands. The staff were very friendly and informative. As for Dr. Bratcher she made me feel like family. 🥰 She is very dedicated and passionate about her practice. She explained every possible option I could choose from to make sure I end up with the perfect SMILE!!! I can’t wait for the finishing outcome. 😁

I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone who works here. Everyone’s makes me feel welcomed & are always so nice! I have always had bad train I experiences with dental appointments in the past & they have been nothing but nice & caring. Highly recommend Dr. Grand & her team!

Y’all I have got to brag. My girl Claire at the front desk is literally the best. I have the best experiences and honestly want to just work there so I can be around her energy 24/7. She makes it such a happy bubbly place. I’m coming back all the time but only when Claire works because she is hands down so amazing!
