Excellent Service every time my mom, sister and I visit! I thank GOD for having place The Care Clinic in the path of me and my family! The environment is always clean both spiritually and physically. Dr. Chatisy is very welcoming, and very patient with each of her patients. She explains and addresses each health issue and process. She throughly explains, addresses, and answers each concern and questions that we may have. The Office Staff and Nurse’s Assistant are very welcoming. This is the best doctor's office in the city! Dr. Chatisy is so very personable and intelligent. She makes an effort to address all of my concerns and provides excellent health care. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor before. She is great, the staff is friendly, the office is clean.. I would definitely recommend her as a PCP!

Dr. Thomas and her staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Dr. Thomas was very interpersonal and she took her time to get to know me. I’m very pleased with my visit because, she didn’t rush through our visit, she actively listened to my concerns and answered my questions in a detailed manner. The front desk receptionist and medical assistant are also very friendly and courteous, as well.

I take clients here often and it is incredibly slow! Make sure you take a full day off from work because you will need it. Wish I could take clients elsewhere.

Terrible service. I went there to get my medications filled and was not seen. Someone had to come escort me out and I was not told about this at all. These people are rude and have no sense of care for the patients there.

For Dr. Thomas I have to admit the times I've been to the clinic we're a little on the depressing side and on my last visit I was with an associate and let's just say he knows how depressed I was now don't get me wrong she does do her job it's just she fails to realize everybody is somewhat not cooperative with some things good or bad and not only that her staff should know that too now we're all in a bind though but however it's already bad enough we go through and she should know that we're trying our hardest to get better
