My stay in this hotel was unexpectedly great! My room was clean and had enough space. Staffs were also friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was also good! Especially the fried rice. :D The hotel's location is also very convenient since it is a 1-minute walk to a nearby Supermall and is pretty near to Madiun Station. The only lacking was a mini-fridge in my room. However, I didn't really mind not having one since my overall experience was satisfying. Kudos to this hotel!

Perfect 3 nights stay here at Amaris Madiun. We booked total 3 rooms. It located on very prime spot, right in the heart of this beautiful, neat and hospitable city. The hotel and room cleanliness was superb, facilities good, excellent service from Pak Sanusi/Security who always greet, smile and offering help. They provide valet service in case of limited parking space. Breakfast was awesome. The provide variety menu on food and beverages with good taste. The room value for money. Some minor need to improve. 1. In room 619, there's ants (photo attached) 2. Service from receptions and waitres at bfast need to level up so be in same level with Pak Sanusi/security. (Bit jutek and no smiles) 3. Hot water on bathroom's washbasin not working 4. Day 1 and 2 we get filthy bath towel, the 3rd night clean and white. 4. Day 2 breakfast, we found most chafingdish, juice, water, coffee & tea were empty (at 8:30am) and need to wait about 20 minutes to be refill. Definitely this is recommended hotel with highly valuable for money.

Budget hotel in the middle of Madiun City. Rooms is fine, although bed & sheets contain a lot of stains, and i dont wanna know where that stain is coming from. Room is small, normal for budget hotels, service is so-so, but the location is perfect, in the middle of the city, you can literally go anywhere walking from here. Malls, movies, hangout place,etc

Came in with a real well-managed expectation. Hospitality of the whole staffs, very impressively corteous & pleasant. Though rooms are small, but very decently comfortable. Mattresses & linens were nice, good pillows. AC freakin' cold. Twice in the afternoon, electricity were out but the onsite generator took over almost immediately within few seconds. Bathroom, shower space quite compact, but clean. Breakfast was not bad, quite decent. Carpark was limited and closely spaced, but the inhouse security staffs were all there ready to help out. Overall, quite impressed. No brainer, worth every penny spent, lovely stay.

Strategically located in the city Central of Madiun. Next to Lawu Plaza & Hypermart on the main protocol road. Rooms are standard and no amenities provided. Must bring ur own toothbrush & toothpaste. Shower head seems worn out and soap container can't be used despite of it has been fixed by housekeeping.

Location is very very in the heart of the city, only walking distance you can find hawker food, mall and other interesting places. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay 3D2N. Especially driver and security. Breakfast they had quite varieties, the food was OK. If you using train, the hotel offers free pick up and drop to the train station, make sure you called them before your arrival. Room are clean and quite big. Very suggested if you visit this town.

Great location as it located at near Jalan Pahlawan, Madiun's main road. Only a walking distance from main attractions, malls, and parks. The staffs are so nice and helpful. My trains was arrived at 1 am, so they offered to pick me up from train station for free. Room was standard for city hotels, but it accomodated my need as I traveled for bussiness.

At the centre of city is one of my choice for this hotel. With nice service even though we can't order meal over 10pm, but tasty breakfast were enough to say that we were happy to stay here.

Clean room, towel, sheet, we took 6:40 am train to Jogja and hotel provide shuttle to rail station, 7 minutes away, the even offer breakfast at 5:30 am, polite staff. Will be back again.

Amaris Hotel Madiun is beyond my expectation!! We stop by to have a good rest during our travel from Bali to Jakarta. Found a good deal in traveloka and decided to choose this hotel over Aston chain where we usually stay. The location in city center only 10 minutes from toll exit, surrounded by many restaurants and top rated food seller, very convenient to buy meals or oleh-oleh. Check in is efficient and health protocol is superb. They put scan of peduli lindungi in the entrance, sealed towel, disposable paper glass and sealed sandals. Double bed is king size so three of us (two adults and one 8 y.o) can sleep comfortably. The room is super clean with complete toiletries, hot and cold shower, complimentary water bottles, aircon, cable TV and breakfast. We ask the staffs to pack our breakfast in the morning and they come (very fast) with decent quantity and tasty packs. We got nasi, kwetiaw, two pcs of chicken, omelette, veggies and additional two water bottles. Usually we only received nasi, one piece of chicken or egg and sides (tempe/tahu). Another thing caught our heart is the service and hospitality from staffs. When we arrived, the security immediately came and help to park the car and bring our luggage. The receptionist and other staffs we met in the corridor and throughout the facility, all with smiles and greetings. I would say this level of service and hospitality are on the top notched and never I expect from the 2 stars hotel. This one night stay is very memorable and impressed, BIG thanks!!!

I stayed there with my husband. The place is quite strategic. The room is so small and narrow, there's no view in my bedroom, but it's clean at least. The breakfast was okay and the stuff is friendly enough.

Good surrounding area. Lot of parking area. Good covid 19 protocol. Easy acces. Surprising have a nice stay during transit at Madiun.

What a wonderfull night im spend it here, the staff was kind and warm and alway polite, even when im washing my car in the back they appreciate me with no interuption, even theres a cctv pointing at me. 😇👍🙏🏻🙏🏻 The health protocol of C19 was conducting thoughly even with disinfectan my shoes. Im suprise thought. 😁👍 Now the room, the bathroom was clean and great, no toiletery, but im bring it by my self. The bedroom area are wonderfull, soft blanket and nice pillow comfort me for the rest of the night. 😇😇🙏🏻🙏🏻 But unfortunately, the door room was trouble. Even when im inside, the door is not locking by it self, even when kitchen staff delivering my breakfast and knocking at my door room, it slide open right after the 2nd knock. Its terrible, and you should fix that immediatly. Btway im saying at 501 if u wonder about it. Thankyou for the nice stay. Keep it up to be a perfect comfort and safe hotel to stay here.. 😇😇🙏🏻🙏🏻😇😇

Enjoy much stay here, daily cleaning for the room, good service. Wi-Fi is good, price also standard price. Strategis location near by plaza, super store and centre of the city. Next.... Semoga ke sini lagi.

All the services are good enough. I was enjoyed the meeting overthere, the food was nice too. From my point of View. It got 7.5 (1-10 scale). Please, keep it improved. Do not be lessened.

Its a small city so the hotel is budgety, far from fancy. Good location. Across maybe the biggest mall which is actually small but have theater. Surrounded by unique restaurants. Very friendly staff. The only thing that need improvement is their policy of having only 1 access key.
