Aston Madiun loses the meaning of hospitality to customers if they allow the breakfast reception staff to act rudely only focusing on charging the 20kg child who still shares only half a bowl of porridge with his mother instead of welcoming guests politely in their restaurant. there are still many aspects that you can focus on to be more cost-effective than being stingy with small children who still can't feed themselves. our room has no nice view, only building of the next door hotel. the toilet's fan also produce very strange sound when flushing. basically we don't feel like staying in a four stars hotel. we have stayed in hundreed hotels around the world but will not come back if there is no improvement in your standard of hospitality.

I had a great stay here. The room (920) is amazingly spacious and comfy but not too quiet. Sound for next room rushing to your room. Love the king sized bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast is various from Indonesian, locals and a bit option of Japanese and Western. You'll find comfy lobby and cozy lounge here with entertaining night music daily. Absolutely a great option during your stay in Madiun.

I stayed in a junior suite. In my opinion, it is not worth staying at this hotel. The carpeted room is very filthy. The bed is full of mites, and my body itches and turns red all over. The air conditioning does not work at all during the day. It is very hot in the room. An engineer came but did not solve the problem so I asked for a room change but he said the room was full and would not change it. The breakfast area is very crowded and does not adhere to the COVID-19 health protocol. Internet speed is very slow and not useful for work.

Pretty good service overall, but split the indoor restaurant on the same level, into smoking and non smoking area is so annoying, especially when you have toddler. Smoking area in an indoor restaurant is a big NO. You can even smell the smoke from a distance, from a non smoking area. How do you know they don't share the same centralized Aircon? I dont think anyone want their kids inhale any harmful particles from a cigarettes.

It's recommended hotel for stay at madiun, the services and facilities are so nice. The food especially when I breakfast are so delicious and most important is the hotel staff always listening everything our advice. There's welcome drink when you check-in. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room. Very spacious with working table and a huge relax chair. There's small fridge and a big walking area. There's hairdryer in bathroom. Big swimming pool and a kiddie pool next to it, table tennis area, sauna and spa as well. Sky Lounge is on 16th floor with magnificent view of the city. Good breakfast spread. The lounge is near lobby area. There's a minimart, cafe and small canteen selling food attached just next to the hotel. Many parking space. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable - we would have happily stayed longer. The hotel restaurant service was the only downside; we went for dinner in the restaurant and waited over an hour for our food, which was cold and unappetizing. The buffet breakfast was really good, just wish that our other meals there matched in service and quality.

Me and husband stayed in suite room in Aston hotel. Well, the room is quite big, there's living room with the TV, wardrobe, bathroom with bath up, huge bed room also make up space. The view of suite room is quite nice, also the room is pretty clean but we need for a while to make the AC work perfectly. To be honest, it takes time. But it's okay. Also they give us fruits as welcoming and there's soft drink in the fridge. The buffet breakfast is kinda various which me and my husband really like and it's nice to stay there. So it's recommended if you wanna stay in above place and comfy

I stayed for 3 nights and 3 days in here with their premiere room. In my opinion this is the best hotel that you can stay for tourists and local in Madiun. They offered a very good service with kind workers. The price is affordable and worth it to have a stay here. I had breakfast and the food was amazing with lots of choices. Overall this is my best stay in Madiun and I would give a 9.5/10 for the service and cleanliness.

Good stay as the presidential suites is very spacious, decent size pool & nice breakfast. A few things to note: Cleaning requires improvements as when we checked in we found the below: -Snorts around shower screen -Worms crawling out of the grouts -Room service system poorly explained by staffs If you are paying top dollar for presidential suites plus other deluxe room in total of $800, I would imagine the hotel will ensure the rooms are clean and ready for guests arrival. I hope this can be raised by hotel management & cleaning team to improve the cleaning aspects for future guests. Thank you Audrey & Family

Can't ensure to get no smoking room. Have lots of place with smoking area. Be aware. Even in the breakfast restaurant, people can smoke.

Hotel lobby is under renovation, I stayed in superior room and unfortunately it was below my expectation for big names like Aston which is a 4 star hotel, room need a total renovation because it looks old and not well maintained and a bit dirty especially the bathroom area, bathroom glass are not properly wiped, toilet and shower need to be upgraded, however staff are friendly and helpful.

It was great. The facilities are clean, unique, and having good ambience. But i couldn't pretend there were several things i dissapointed to, like my partner got her room so late; we should spent much time to wait the operator to help our TV connection, etc. But overall it's good, however didn't like my expectation before arriving

Food and Staff are excellent. The Spa has an excellent staff. Rere can give a light massage or deep tissue, either is very good and a very reasonable price range. Very professional. The Sky Lounge has incredible views of the city and very good food.

Best hotel in Madiun so far, for the first time stay here and amaze that I can see the view of this city from 12th floor. It has rooftop also but still not visited yet. The room is spacious and quite clean. The amenities also complete from cotton pads, budds, shower caps, toothbrush, and slippers, also has tea station, mini fridge and safe box. But the water pressure isn’t very nice. I feel like using old shower that needs maintenance. The AC also very cold and nice, and the area outside room is smells good and clean. This hotel has quite complete facilities from restaurants, ballroom, spa and rooftop. Nice to stay here and explore more.

Stay at a hotel during pandemic is a challenge. So glad that Aston Madiun applied a very strict health protocol from the very front door. Our breakfast also felt comfortable since they put waiters to handled it(make sure the food wasn't touched by guests). In short, kind and helpfull staffs, strict health protocol, clean rooms.. well done!

Great Hotel in the great location. Health protocol are carried out properly (Hand sanitizer in several location, staff wear masks, etc.). I stayed in the junior suite. The room is spacious and i love the view from the bed because it has panoramic view. The room separated in three sections: living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Each of it is spacious, have a great view and have a warm and clean atmosphere. In the living room there are tv, sofa, and work desk. Upon arrival there are welcoming fruit and beverages on the desk. The bed is big and cozy. They also have tv in the bedroom. The bathroom is nice with a bathtub and wardrobe. This hotel facility is great, such as pool, sauna, gym, spa, lounge bar, restaurant, rooftop bar, etc. The breakfast is nice. Much food options available and tasty. Check in and check out process was fast but i hope that receptionist have to be more informative because they dont describe what facility available on the hotel when we check in. And they didn’t give welcome drink upon check in. It make me to ask them information about welcome drink before I actually get the drink. But overall this hotel is great and recommended 👍🏻

Room is as expected from Aston-brand but shower is not sparkling clean. Faucets need deep cleaning. Housekeeping somehow is always busy (busy tone) but can manage to get service from receptionist

floor covering, window pane, curtain are dusty. bathtube are stained and glass wall in the shower room not clear due to waterspot. non smoking room are smelly. room service are too long waiting. hope aston madiun can improve into aston standard.

Fast check-in, they provided the rooms as requested, and good breakfast. I got to try the sauna and it was nice.

Stayed for a night in one of the Superior Rooms. I requested a king-size bed room on booking but unfortunately the hotel was unable to honour this request. Luckily, they offered to combine the two beds into one which I appreciated. The room was comfortable in overall but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom. I also noticed that the curtains and shades were a bit dusty. There was a water jug in lieu of water bottles in the room. You can fill it on the water dispenser in the corridor. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants nearby. There is even a Chinese restaurant, a cafe, and a minimarket *within* the hotel building. So in case you need something, you don't even have to leave the hotel grounds. When I stayed here, items in the pastry case were offered 50% off after 5 pm. Their cakes tasted decent.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff are friendly, and it happens to be handled by Mr. Reza was very friendly and fluent in language, at first we were worried that the staff couldn't speak but his staff could understand and communicate with us smoothly. I booked a non-smoking junior suite room but got a smoking room. And the room wasn't ready at 4pm when it's supposed to be ready at 2pm. I was tired, fed up, and disappointed. Really bad service! It's not my first time staying in Aston (other cities). A week before I booked a room in Aston Bogor and the service was good. Aston Madiun needs to learn from Aston Bogor on how to not disappoint its customer.
