This hotel is really nice for such price. However, we need to wait several more minutes to check in due to body temperature checking. But, overall, it's really recommended for those who need a not-so-cheao hotel near city center.

most of my dinner with friends was always in sun hotel, there’s a lot of dinner package in the special event like christmas eve or valentines day. it’s always so good and there’s so many various menu. meanwhile the room was also so good and spacious enough. I’m sorry that I don’t take a lot of photos because too often I’m going this hotel to having a good dinner

the lobby and building are quite clean and bright, unfortunately the room floor feels a little dusty. the good thing is when I asked to exchange the water heater pot which didn't work perfectly, the room service was quick to respond. staff is friendly too. I hope that in the future it will be better

Average 3 star room but very clean compared to 4 star in the city , not very hot water, ok for amenities, location quite remoted but walking distance to the mall, one thing we like is the breakfast menu and taste, not very optiond but decent for 3 star standard.

Great location. Great services. Room is very clean, but there are some drain fly on the bathroom. The shower pressure is too low. The bed and bedsheet is very comfy, small pillow though.

Everything is good except my room floor was cracked. My bathroom water flow have puddles upon showers. Okay for me to stay from 12th October to 19th October for family event at Madiun. Staffs are friendly and honest. *Would like to thanks Ms Mega from frontdesk and her friend's for founding my iPhone 14 pro.* Facility: No swimming pool. Laundery service is good. Overall stay was pleasant.

No complain on this accommodation. It has big room and next to mall. Breakfast is so so. They provide pecel madiun and sweet bubur. Maybe the price is a bit expensive compare to facility.

Its a good place to stay at madiun. Room big enough, clean and comfortable. But you can hear sound from other room. Staff very comunication and helpfull. Near shooping center.

The hotel that’s next door to Suncity Mall that’s got a cinema, clothing store, grocer and variety of eateries and within a short driving distance to the center of town and Madiun railway station. There’s also a water park /pool as you enter the car park I have been, never tried. The hotel was clean, spacious air-conditioned room (325) hot shower with a almost a king size bed, that was very comfortable. The experience was pleasant and relaxing, but I had train to catch in the morning my stay was only brief, but quality time with the good lady wife before transiting for work. The experience was completed by the attentive friendly staff that assisted were they could. I am from a town with an hour from the area, so I am familiar with the district, there is limited English with most business in the area, but that shouldn’t hold you back with big smiles and patience most of the people are pleasant and very helpful. The overall brief experience I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would recommend to family and friends for a quality place to stay in Madiun.

For those who like to shop, The hotel is perfect because the facility is integrated with new shopping center so you have alternative to have food or hangs out place while you stay. The hotel furnished with classic furniture and spacious rooms with free WiFi internet access. Cons: internet is slow, sometime up and down.

2 stars for service and comfort. However, there were ants all over the desk, some things broken in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. The toilet was not cleaned at all, it was full of pee stains on it. They had to fix the plug in as we couldn't charge electronics. For those who have asthma or breathing problems - the window doesn't open for fresh air.

Strategic place for stay. You won't be wake up early morning because of sound pollution.
