Don't go here!!!!! Both my colleague's iphones got stolen tonight. And the worst thing is somebody (the waiter and/or the waitress?) must have told the pickpockets this. We were sitting all in the back of the cafe and these 2 guys came very decisevly towards us. They had this trick that distracted her: they put a piece of paper on the table on top of her phones and kept standing very close to her and were very offensive, the waitress came over and stood next to them. So suddenly there were 3 people very close to my colleague and once of sudden the guys left. Just minutes later my colleague discovered her phones were gone (iPhone 6 and iphone6+). The employees at first were even resistant to call the police, so not helpful. Our evening was ruïned, very bad place!!!

The worst service in the city. The treatment of the innkeepers is very poor, they ignore you and ignore you, they do not agree among themselves, the lack of education and manners is absurd. In addition to bad manners and poor service, the food was cold and fatal. I don't understand how that place can continue to exist and in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid. The truth is I will NEVER return, nor will I recommend it to anyone. The worst service of my life

Very bad service, it doesn't cost anything to provide good service. The quality of everything, improvable

We ordered a BIG coffee latte. It was small and tasted weird (more milk than usual). Then we had the homemade toast and a grilled croissant. What we received was a very small croissant and a normal dry toast like you can buy it in the supermarket. Super expensive in total though. Thanks for nothing. Ok bye

For such an amazingly high price i would have at least expected to get a 0,33 Glas for my 5 Euro beer and some waiters beeing attentive to customers but no. 20 € for a mediocre lunch

Beautiful view. That's it already. You spend your stay looking for waiters. Café tastes thin. Would prefer an alternative. We didn't eat anything

Tourist trap. 3euros per rod hot and without foam. Not even a measly tapa or some fries to accompany it. They excuse themselves by saying that it is Monday and that in their pride they have been left with nothing to wear....a real shame that stains the image of Madrid's hospitality industry with this attitude and bad service

Horrible place. Servers are rude and inattentive. Ended up walking out since no one would take our order. Management and wait staff needs to be fired and replaced with new staff.

This was a waste of money. I ordered salmorejo and the tablas de jamón. The salmorejo was absolutely awful. I'm not sure how you mess up cold tomato soup, but C & T managed to do it. The consistency and flavor were off. I received a Spanish charcuteríe, with jamón, salchichón, chorizo and something else. Not a good experience.

The waiter was not nice giving me the menu. She just throuwed it with a bad face.... had to left after that.

I did not enjoy my time in this cafe/ restaurant. The food was alright but the service was very poor due to our waitress’ attitude towards us. She would make a face or roll her eyes when we were ordering or asked for the bill. Also, everyone had finished eating by the time one of our tapas came (20 mins after we finished our food). I would not come back here.

It is not called that, which is why it is difficult to find it, but rather "More than Less", and it is one of the worst cafeterias I have had the misfortune to enter, dirty, the tables crowded together on a tiny floor, while the one upstairs It was closed, normal on the other hand since the waiters were quite inept and did not give much of themselves, they had a disgusting bar and they paid no attention, apart from being unfriendly, the coffee was also very bad, in keeping with the place, and of course not even a cookie, not a potato chip... Ahhhhh, and expensive on top of that!

Had to change my order twice because they did not have the beverage i wanted. Slow service.

One star and why can't I give less of a very bad and despicable treatment, customer service... EVERYTHING BAD, the breakfast has nothing gluten-free, I don't know how in the center of Madrid they still don't have anything gluten-free, terrible. I do not recommend to anybody.
