My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Inclan. The cocktails are unbelievably delicious and the food is from heaven. It was more than a dinner, it was a whole experience that involved all the senses. The staff is very nice, they’re talking with you and if you sit at the bar, “the show” is included. You can see how the bartenders prepare the cocktails. The cocktails for us were prepared by Diego. He explained to us what cocktails are made of and what tastes they have. We’ve booked 2 days in advance , chosen an early time 18:30 due to it shows no table available, but when we got there , it’s almost empty , until we left around 20:30, it’s not even full , it’s a bit strange feeling sadly !! We can not help to have 6 different one in the end !!😂 The food also presented in a funny and interesting way , but probably the portion is a bit small compared to the price ! We stopped by this Tapas bar for dinner. We didn't make reservations but was able to get a table with limit to return the table by 8pm. Service was fairly quick. The barrata was the highlight. It was delicious. The rest were decent. Not spectacular but average. It's a place you would go for it's ambiance and fun decor and food presentation. It's a great option for a large party. Not the best choice if you are seeking traditional tapas.

This was the third restaurant/bar owned by the same company we visited. This and Bestial are worth a stop, even if it is only for a drink. Once again over-the-top decor and character cocktail holders were on deck. It's very fun and unique. Highly recommend.

But without a doubt the highlight of the experience is the food, not only because of the taste (all we ordered was brought fast and was delicious) but because of the presentation of the dishes, the servings are good in size but is the originality to serve and present the dishes that is really something. Fancy, bold and wanting for more. Right as you enter, you feel you are in a different world colorful, artistic and with a hip vibe. Almost every dish or drink is served in some funky chinaware or glasses. The service is very warm and personal. Our server Celia took time to suggest us what we could try out. She had Amazing energy! When the first drinks began rolling out - we were in awe. The presentation is mind blowing. The food has good portion sizes. We shared everything and it was perfect. We called and reserved because online there was no reservation available.

Quite unique concept with out of the box presentation and style! We came as a loud big group and we sat early enough (before 9pm) at the small green indoor patio at the end of the restaurant. Some of us enjoyed the crazy cocktails and others the group offer on wines, beer and sangria (15€/pp). For food, we shared around 6 types of interesting typical dishes with some vegetarian options (40€/pp, although mistakenly was almost charged 50, it was quickly corrected with no issues). Service was good, with special mention for Simone, who went above and beyond to meet our needs! Great atmosphere overall, but next time I would love to visit again in a smaller party and sit on the other areas, where I can enjoy the music better, as well as the red colours and eccentric décor! Book way in advance!

We managed to sit outside which was quite convenient as it was really crowded inside. First of all, let me highlight Pink Sangria - I swear, this is one of the best things I’ve ever tried, really good! Secondly, grilled octopus is a must try - the price is quite decent for a such dish (I’d recommend sharing it). Paella is also good, although a bit pricey. To summarize, they have quite a lot of cocktails and a pretty good variety of food. I recommend reserving a place in advance. Definitely worth visiting!

Went for a date night with my wife and was completely shocked by the horrible service. Completely ruined our night. I was planning to come here for a while now, and with so many good reviews I didn't think I could have such a bad experience - oh was I wrong! First, the hostess mentioned they canceled out reservation cause we didn't come - while we were waiting in line to be seated (and some useless information on getting a notification I will be covered, but that I really won't be). After seated, the asked asked to move to another table, which we agreed, and brought as small drink for that but only later we found out we were seated right next to the service room where staff goes in and our every minute, bringing a hot sauna flow from the kitchen/pantry. The When the waiter arrived, we started ordering, and after I said I'll choose my drink later, the waiter disappeared and came back 10 min later even though I said I would like to finish ordering the food. After we ordered the food, I asked I I can have one of the cocktails done with an alternative Gin because the particular one on the menu makes me feel bad. He really didn't seem to knkw anything. He came back with the cocktail, said he wasn't sure if they can change it as it's already prepared (seriously?! ) and said I should "see if I like it". Then he just disappeared and I was left around 15 minutes at the table with a drink I didn't order. I then told this to another waiter, the called the manager and I just asked simply - I just asked if I can change the gin, tell me I can't and I order another one. And I did. Took them 15 more minutes to bring the other cocktail when we we already done eating and my wife done with her drink. Food was decent but heavily overpriced! Blexcept the Bao, that was bad. 3 eur per croqueta, really? Summary - overhyped place, very poorly managed, worst service I had in Madrid, and we'll overpriced. Won't be back! Value for money 1/10

Very special cocktail selection, had the spicy margarita and a sour and both were 10/10. The bartenders are super talented and it’s a show to watch then make the cocktails. The place has great vibes. I do think the price is high compared to other options in Madrid but it’s definitely worth it for the cocktails.

We went there two times. The first time we had only drinks which where so good that we had to come back and try the food. Both times everything was amazing and the food lived up to our expectations. The place pays attentions to both taste and presentation. Each member of the staff was attentive and helpful. A must if you are a fan of cocktails. Spectacular ambient and service. We are lucky enough to get a seat even it was absolutely packed! The host was super sweet and adorable. Love the red sangria, probably best I have taste yet! Perfect blend of alcohol and refreshing fruitiness . The few dishes we tried were absolutely spectacular until the paella. I was horribly disappointed as it was the most expensive dish we ordered. Despite high expectations it was the worse paella I have ever tried. Small amount of seafood and the rice was immensely SALTY. It felt like I just had a spoonful of salt with every mouthful. However as mentioned, everything else was delicious and the food presentation was stunning and creative except the paella. Would still recommend this place and would go back to try other dishes in future.

Nicole was our waiter and she was absolutely amazing and so attentive , even though we did not speak Spanish. The ambience, decor, the DJ played music we wanted to Shazam throughout, an awesome experience overall.

The scallops were to die for! We came in without a reservation and had no trouble getting seated. The place served up traditional Spanish dishes with a modern twist. Modern space with lots of eclectic art and decoration. Music and ambiance resembles more of a lounge than restaurant. Very trendy but still doesn’t take away from the food. We tried croquetas, arroz with duck and truffle, jamón, and pulpo, and callo (scallops). All very good, and most notably the presentation was out of this world. If you get something please make sure it is at least the scallops. All those dishes, a bottle of wine, plus a couple cocktails set us back 130 euros.

This was by far the best restaurant we tried in Madrid!! The food had amazing presentation and the atmosphere was beautiful. The food also had so much flavor it was insane!! FANTASTIC! Friendliest professional staff - from hostesses to barmens and waiters. We went there twice - simply because we couldn't get more of this place. We had tuna tataki as an appetizer, octopus, steak and lobster paella. Presentation was incredible, food is delicious! Highly recommend. Not possible to find food of this quality for this price anywhere else. Their house margaritas were just the cherry on the top. What a pleasant surprise! Our only suggestion would be to take out the steak earlier if you are going to use the hot plate: the medium rare steak turned into medium-well while it was laying on a hot plate - what a waste of a good quality meat!:-)

Some were absolutely great (torch flamed scallops) others were average but all of them were served in a unique way... The service, room, interior is really unique. I would highly recommend the place but would advice to make reservations and save some space for desserts as they also looked amazing.
