This place is riddled with fake reviews. Never faced such a poor dining experience in a restaurant before. Nobody cares. They just want you to leave before even you enter. They were missing prawns and fish (Unexpected issues itseems) but the price was still unchanged. The plates were not clean when we requested for fresh plates we could see them wipe the plates in front of us. Barbecue was pathetic charred chicken meat dumped for you even if you like it or not. No dishes were replaced through our lunch session. Desserts were also in a pathetic situation. Attaching the pictures you could take an educated guess about this place

3.5/5 Prices were very fair and affordable! The food was average, chicken wings smelled , other food was just average! The service was not upto expectation! Kudos to the manager, who took special care of us by serving chicken wings and ice cream! Hats off! If not for him, i would have given a 3/5! Forgot to take his name, but he was wearing a red tie and white shirt! The Atmosphere was great! Perhaps little bit more air conditioning would help

Had very good feel during our visit, their ambiance, food & service was really good. Felt like One of the best restaurant in Coimbatore, they had new initiatives than their bench markers like Absolute BBQ, BBQ Nation, Rayappas & Urban BBQ. Compared their bench markers, it's preferable. we hope they'll continue this😅.

Good : The place and ambience was very nice. Bad : Briyani was over cooked and pasty. Not much varieties in main dish. For the price the quality or quantity was not provided. VR was set up but it was only a marketing gimmik, we were not allowed to walk using VR set. The sound system was not of good quality. Not receommened !

Went on the 50% off day worst experience.. for 7+ booking need to pay advance.... Not more than 20- 25 ppl were there in the hotel🙄... food looked good but tasted bad..🫢 Wouldn't recommend it at all...wasted 7k here🤦‍♀️.. service feels like meh 😕 if u go to the counter they'll be like why are u asking vibe.. most of the food tasted like old.. especially sweets(tasted sour) only good thing was watermelon if pickup the good once... crispy corn feels they just reheated over and gave...Won't be going here...

Mr.Hari and team served well.. they keep on asking for feedback on the all starters, Main dish and desserts taste and on the table service was really good.. live counters service can be improved.. they have big dosa kal but preparing 2 small home made type dosas which makes all others to wait more.And on the stone ice cream preparation also very slow and they are struggling to manage the crowd there..they can place stone icecream in a seperate place so the crowd who wants only a scoop of icecream can take and move to their tables.. coming to the taste of the food all the items from starters to Maindish tastes bland with medium spicy and salt even the kids can try.. live counter items tastes average and live counter noodels was soo bland..white pasta tastes like a milk sweet. Paniyaram no salt at all.. their chicken dum briyani tastes really good..there is no boneless honey chicken wings its full of bones and flesh is less.on the desserts they have a ultra mini jamuns wonder how they make rounds in that size,rasamalai was ok, fruit custrad also ok taste only. ice creams chocolate ice cream is good and all other pasteries are good dosent make us to feel soo sweet. They have kids play area for below 6yrs and VR play area. Nice place to spend time with your friends and famliy. Overall service is good.. food they can improve other items tastes and flavours like their chicken dum briyani.

Disappointing Experience on My First Visit I regret to inform that my first visit to your establishment will also be my last. We arrived promptly at 12 PM, 10 minutes before our scheduled slot, but service didn't begin until 25 minutes later. It took an additional 20 minutes for the non-vegetarian options to be served. The buffet and grill selections were limited, offering only about 30% of the menu, which was a letdown for everyone. The cleanliness of the place was also concerning, with dirty utensils and unpleasant odors from the restrooms. These issues significantly impacted our dining experience.

If you're a Vegetarian, 100% please avoid this place. It's not worth the money you are paying. Worst taste, starters we received are afternoon cooked Paneer and Mushrooms. Not at all fresh and good. My non-veg friends said it's moderate taste and nothing extraordinary. However they said mutton, fish and prawn are good. Coming to deserts, very very limited menus, and for veg only Jammun and Pan shot and Ice cream is there. Nothing else is there for veg White rice also you will feel like a cheaper one. Overall it's not a satisfying dinner and not worth the money you are paying.

An average barbeque experience, the service was too slow, we had to wait for each turn they brought out the dishes and they would take another 20mins to bring the dish we requested, the dessert options were less, the waffle was hard, the chicken was also not up to the mark. It was a mediocre experience for 550 rupees and 27 rupees gst. And the welcome drink was rasna, they didn't even mix the powder and water properly 🙂

I am deeply disappointed with the Coimbatore branch of Smoke Hub. While the starters were passable, the quality of the main courses left much to be desired. Moreover, the service at the counters was extremely sluggish, as it took them a whopping 20 minutes to serve just one duck dish. To add to my disappointment, when I requested for waffles and French fries, they informed me that these items were unavailable. This experience has left me thoroughly disheartened, especially considering Smoke Hub's numerous branches, which led me to expect better quality. Although the pricing seemed reasonable, the overall quality fell far short of my expectations. Even the brownies and desserts turned out to be nothing more than ordinary cakes.I was disappointed to find that the atmosphere outside the hotel was quite unclean.

Food not suitable for kids at all… everything is spicy starting from crispy corn… the golden prawns were good compared to the ones served on the grill. Chicken on the grill was too hard… mutton sheee was good… coming to mains.. biryani n mutton rogan josh was good but way too spicy… chicken fried rice is a big no… schezwan noodles was ok… dessert la rabdi was curdled… only the jamun was good.. paan shot was a different try… brownie was the worst I’ve tasted so far.. donuts can break a head if thrown… overall not so good experience…

One of the most restaurant I have visited. Cleanliness was 1/5 Food taste 1/5 1 for starter was good when compared to other. Service 2/5 Hot water was really good Coming to main course no proper name boards, clean vessels or Taste Coming to sides pani or dahi puri was good, many wasn’t available Coming to deserts nothing for was available, very limited quantity was served and we had to wait for 10 mins cake, waffles or brownie or sweets was not there. I personally waited for 20 mins for dessert. Play area was good but not clean Waiting time was more and serving time for starters was also more If you really wanna go there, do check these reviews before that .

Jun2023 - went to dinner with family. The furnitures were new and the ambiance is good and dark. The staff were very courteous and professional. They had offered to accommodate our request for less spiciness. It can easily accommodate around 150 to 200 customers per session. The choice for both veg and non-veg were equal in numbers. Had been to other barbeque restaurants and the theme, delivery of food were similar in all of them. The live counter seems to be crowd favourite as there were always customers waiting there. For the price point it is good (~550 / pax). The skewers were bent and it can be maintained better. The barbeque pit can be more hotter and barbeque seasoning can also be provided. Donuts were very hard to bite. Children loved the dessert counter as there were many choices. The sizes and count of food in individual skewers can be increased. Oct-2023 - the service and quantity is coming lesser by every visit. Having only 2 pieces per skewer makes it awkward to all for more.

Went with friends for a Pre-New year lunch. Their starters and deserts are excellent especially their Gulab jamun and Pan shot are amazing, But main course is the disaster nothing is worth. The Kids can enjoy a lot since they have a Play area for them.

It was a wonderful experience. The food was very good. The service was exceptional. They have a wonderful menu for starters and desserts. The main course was not very great. Live counters which server momos, pizzas, pasta, dosa etc is a major plus here.

Had buffe lunch @Smokehub today 9th June 2023. Food was good. On the grill we had chicken, mushroom, panneer, pineapple, prawns & fish. Creamy potato and honey chicken was yummy, chick dum briyani was good, chicken gravy(forgot the name) too good with fried rice and naan, pizza they gave was very tiny, anyway I was already full, but it should bake some more, malai fish curry excellent, desserts I expected lot of variety, but it was just ok. Welcome drink apple mojito was good, wanted to try dosa, rice & dal, but no place in tummy . Niw coming to service... service was too good , everyone was polite and gave what we asked without any tiredness, service staff Samim was very helpful throughout the lunch time. When we told it was my birthday, he immediately arranged for a small birthday cake which was too yummy and melted in mouth. The chef came specially to our table and asked about the food taste, when ny husband told he didn't like the biriyani, he specially prepared and gave us a cup of dum briyani which had nice ghee aroma and tasted heaven. Overall it was a memorable one.

We visited with our friends and the food were average. There are many varieties of dessert and ice creams. Live cook is also available for dosa or omelette etc. The worst is drinking glass were not cleaned properly and some plates too.. The waiters need more training. They don't even know what's services...

The food was good quantity was a little limited compared to the existing competition. The lure was duck octopus and squid 🦆 🦑 🐙 which for some reason were all unavailable when I went there. Also felt that the chicken was a little salty. I did like the flavor difference between fish prawn and chicken though
