It's good. Fits the same template as all CCDs.. neat, good and fast service. Generally crowded. Great location for those passing through pkd. Not a fan of the food but the beverages are good.

This place did not even feel like a CCD, provided all the third class boys going there smoking cigarettes and destroying the atmosphere by looking at every person entering as if they are scanning them. CCD is known to be a calm and serene place where you can go with your people to just relax and talk over a few cups,but this place is extremely bad provided the people who always flutter there smoking and drinking. But the staff behaviour and the food provided is top notch no doubt in that.

Off from the city on the highway side you could easily spot the place. The mindblowing view of the mountainous nature could be found on the horizon. The interiors are spacious and the staffs are friendly. Rest everything same as the standard CCD.

Service was not upto the mark. After payment, staff mentioned to us that it will little longer that usual. Staff running around to purchase sugar etc. Filter coffee was not good. AC was turned off. Loud Business meetings were happening, calmness was missing.

Perfect hangout place at night. The ambiance is so much pleasure appealing, need to explore the dishes more..

I ordered a chocolate sundae and a cappuccino. The chocolate sundae was good but the cappuccino was just ok..doesn't taste like an authentic coffee...place has good ambience and good areas to sit. Overall ok experience.

Food was okay and the service boys were good. But i witnessed the worst CCD atmosphere which i ever have visited. Full of cigarettes smoke and buds. AC was turned off and door was open and the smoke smell was spreading heavy. Made my order as 'Take away' after trying to spend some time there.

As a frequent visitor of CCD Palakkad, I'm accustomed to spending a fair amount of money there. Recently, I asked for a glass to have my soft drink which I bought from the cafe, but the newly appointed staff member denied my request (on 5th Jan 2023). This kind of behavior is unacceptable - customers should be treated with respect. I suggest that you provide some training to your staff members on how to behave properly before appointing them in the future.

Another excellent cappuccino. I was beginning to think I'd gave to go without for the rest of my holiday Thank you Cafe Coffee Day!!

Cafe coffee day is always fun to hangout , do work or meetings. A regular place while visiting palakkad. Nice ambience and its on highway side
