Really the good hospital never seen in my life. Delivery package is too comfortable for me. Here staff guidance is really nice. Dr.Sakundhala madam was treated my wife as her daughter. Did a wonderful treatment. Thanks to all staff nurses who's taking care of my wife and son.

my son was admitted due to some repository issues. Right from reception, the insurance department, Causality, Lab and their responsiveness was very good. We were there for 4 days and the treatment, staff response, cleanliness and all the services were very good. Overall it was a good experience and thanks to the doctor's and staff.

And Any Other Doctor Consulting That doctor Fee is Seperately my side Cardio doctor checking patient that Dr Just vising patient and checking report thats it But doctor Fee 3250 and room rent 2500 and ECCO ECG extra total only one day I spend 15000 but I don't Satisfy dis Hospital treatment. So Any Normal and Poor Person Not Going dis Hospital Becoz dis is very costly. FIMS Comperatively Psg kmch Is Best. A doctor named Azhagu Jayapal does not even speak in the sense that the patient will be cured. Speaks singularly and with business intent only. He does not speak as a doctor to the patient and those accompanying the patient, but speaks with great authority. The way he behaved towards us and the way he spoke to us made us very sad. So we discharged. Now we have approached another hospital.

Admitted my son for spine injury at FIMS Coimbatore. He was admitted by the college staff and I joined him next day only. Got a very good care of my son during the stay. Hospital staff are very courteous and took care of my son even when I was not there’ on the first day. Stayed for 10 days and for the entire duration hospital staff took at most care.

This hospital is amazing in medical care and humane touch. My dad 67 with multiple comorbidities have been admitted with covid difficulties in a serious condition and due to the great care from FIMS team, he recovered completely, which was almost an impossible feat. Also I am almost shocked when the medical process dint start with billing, infact I dint go to the billing team till day 2 or day 3. The doctors have been very effective and could get to the root of the problem quite quickly. They have benn very patient and calmed my nerves bearing my incessant questions. Nursing team is outstanding. Special thanks to Lalitha sister, Maaari, Yogapriya and Saranya. They have taken care of my dad like a child. Extremely happy with the billing team led by Sibi. Never ever take any trauma cases to this hospital. Very bad experience with us.. admitted our patients in an emergency and it took them about a week to disclose multiple fracture of ribs and explain to relatives.. on 1st day we wr told only there was only a hairline fracture.. on 3rd day they told a rib was broken and on 5th day only we knew about multiple fractures... clear negligence on patient rights.. the bill is too heavy to afford.. it took 6 hrs for them to prepare shifting procedures to another hospital..

Visiting from the USA I had sudden abdominal pain and was referred to FIMS for testing. Ultimately, needed to undergo emergency surgery for appendicitis. Transferred my consultation and treatment from another hospital based on a neighbor 's recommendation. After spending 4 and 1/2 hours, felt incomplete and less satisfied. The doctor wasn't available to discuss elaborate test results and to clarify doubts. ECG report was not provided. Could not clarify on the prescribed medications. At least for the sake of charging consulting fees, they could have spared a few minutes, post the lab results. Staff courtesy and assistance deserves a mention.

The senior doctors are good. But rest this is such a worst hospital. Particularly the nurses. They treat patients as dead bodies... You feel fear once you get admitted.. They don't simply discharge once admitted.

Insurance staff lady is spoke very rude and not in polite manner.Charging abnormal Fees.. I request to speak to Doctor .But she is stating that if we speak to Dr means why they are appointed in hospital, in that manner she is replying us.They are only speak to Dr regarding fees.. And not allowed to speak with doctor...worst experience.. Just stomach pain..we face the above issue..
