    Hi team.. I m' glad tat I lost 1 kg in one month & notices changes in the inches too.I can feel the differences especially in my hanging belly ..the hanging layers have gone which I was worried a lot how am gonna reduce..so happy tat I found you!!😊💪🏻 The foremost thing I have to say that i had sleeping issues..your workout sessions are magical pills which helped me to fall asleep as soon as I get on bed..am being good mentally..I can feel clear & getting good sleep.& I have got back my routine. I was in bedrest during my pregnancy and fear of c section recovery made me slow physically..I feel too light and active after I joined the sessions..postive vibes.. My aim is to reduce my tummy ..still working on it..i have followed 50% of diet..No walking..only your workout sessions done this differences .still Long way to Go!!! Thank you so much for your guidance and support..😊

    I am mom of 3 month old baby girl and I am so excited to see the results..lost 1.4kgs in one month and more than that can see inch loss also. Feeling motivated seeing the results. I never thought I could reduce my thighs. Seeing my thigh reduced by 1inch I think I will lose my arm fat too😁. I can feel a lot of difference after starting your workouts. My posture has changed and I am feeling very active. All thanks to you Rosy mam.🙏🙏

    Am very happy to see the changes in me after joining this class. I have lost 7kg in 2 months and my face, neck and arm fat has gone. I had tried few exercises earlier but dint see any difference in my belly. After joining this class just in 2 months I have got good inch loss in my belly. Still lot more to go. Am really thankful for the whole team for the guidance.

    I joined the class to reduce my weight , and I have hypothyroidism , so I had difficulty reducing my weight. After joining the class , within a month I have reduced 2 kg and I am going to continue to shed more. I am very happy to see this change visually. Thank you team for your effective session, I have attended all the classes and tried to follow the diet plan to an extent. Thank you so much teamfor effective sessions, and my happiness is beyond words to express. My confidence also improved because of this.

    I wanna share about my journey experience mam..I have lost 4.5 kg & inch loss in month.. I followed your guidance for one month with 💯 workout, 70% of diet i followed & walking.If i had followed your 100% diet schedule then definitely i would hav reduced more kgs ...     Hi Team, I would like to inform tat my baby born on Oct 25th but wit emergency C section since baby's heart beat went very high. But i tried for normal delivery till the end by following ur breathing exercises. It was really useful and I am very happy tat I was part of tat pregnancy session. Though it was c-section many tips given by mam was really helpful. Thank you so so much ... 👍 Waiting to complete 75 days to join the team for reducing my pregnancy belly and weight.

    I attended august month's prenatal class. I am delighted to share that I'm blessed with a Baby boy. My labor was artificially induced at 37 weeks due to some complications. Morning 7 o clock they started the procedure. My contractions started by evening 4. Doctor said my labor will be longer and I will be delivering only after midnight considering the position of baby. But I did birth ball workouts even during the worst contraction pains . The BREATHING TECHNIQUE is a life saver . I sat upright on birth ball until complete dilation allowing gravity to help with help of conscious breathing and delivered baby with just 3 pushes by night 9 o clock itself. My labor was shortened . I'm so grateful to @ Team ⁨Rosy Fit⁩ for teaching me all the techniques and for giving mental support and confidence in the class. I rewatched the recorded class videos the day before delivery and refreshed my memory. Knowledge is power. Attending this class was the best decision I ever made. 🪷

    Hi team, I joined on 3rd November. This is a 31-day transformation. I'm really happy to share with you that i lost around 4kgs in 1 month. The starting weight was 72kg, and today, I am 67.70kg with good inch loss. I couldn't go for walking due to my work schedule. I was suffering from tailbone pain and was unable to sit for atleast 10min but with your workouts, I'm not having tailbone pain anymore. Also, backpain reduced a lot. I'm feeling lighter and active the whole day. I used to have a lot of junk foods before and was thinking it is yummy, but with your diet plan, I do not have any cravings for junk food. Now I got to know "healthy is also yummy."😋 A way more to go, i want to come back to my pre pregnancy look. Thank you very much for your easy workouts. You are doing an amazing job.👏

    Hi Mam I delivered my baby on jan and i got my periods on feb month after that four months I didn't get my periods. After joining your program for one month I got my periods this month. Very thankful to your team and I didn't follow diet because of breastfeeding 5month old baby and I attend 60percent of your class only due to some reasons. Starting weight was 96.3 Now current weight is 94.3 I reduced 2 kgs with your online session only with out following proper diet and walking.

    Just overwhelmed with the workout results. They have designed the workouts so perfectly that focuses on each and every part of our body and a wonderful team to back up who responds to our silly queries immediately. While I joined the class I was 67 kg and after three months of attending the class I have reduced to 59 kg so after postpartum this is totally a dream for me keeping my baby and me in mind they have designed a perfect diet plan which is so easy to follow and doesn't need much work.     Good morning!! I am really happy to look at my before picture than I am now. Thank you for helping me come this far. I’ve lost 3kgs in three months. I know there is no much results in weight but I could see inches loss and my body has toned so well. I feel better now and my dress size has changed from L to M. I love the improvement in my body. I wish I would have found you sooner. Every workout session counted and I feel so active everyday. All thanks to you and your team.     Initially when I joined your class, had a doubt because I was already lean, but you gave me hope saying only fat deposit will reduce, due to personal emergency not able to attend your session regularly but even in that Miracle happened lost DR correction from 3 inch to 1 inch gap and could see lot of difference.     Hi Team 1 month progress I can see inch loss around my belly area. As you can see belly bump got reduced Since I started this program after 70 days after my c section, followed moderate diet and walking. But I attended workout session consistently.     Hey Coach, I started with 73.5 kgs and lost 2.9 kgs in 30 days since I joined your class. This is an amazing result and Kudos to your work out plans👏🏻👏🏻 I wasn't able to follow walking due to my work schedule. But though with 80% of diet and your work out never thought that I will reach to my target of reducing nearly 3 kgs in a month. I have even joined EMS weight loss programs but haven't got such drastic results.     it’s almost a month with Rosy Fitness and I’m absolutely loving it. The workouts are fun and soaking wet at the same time. I feel lighter in my clothes. Definitely inch loss along the body. I am having a foot issue, preventing me to go on brisk walks but I try to stick to consciously controlling my food portions. I am a hypothyroid person for a long time. It’s always been difficult to shed weight so I haven’t much seen any scale change but definitely lost about 1-2inches along the bust and hips which are the most difficult to lose parts. And my arms are better looking and toned. Most of all it’s the feeling of taking charge and control over my schedule and body that it giving me a happiness rush😊 thank you so much. I’m so glad I joined Instagram right now 😁

    Hi team, First of all a big shout out to you for helping young moms to change their lifestyle 😍 I AM fortunate that I found this page in insta and joined the online class at the right time. I am happy to share that I lost 2.6kg in 33 days with no proper diet and walking due to my workload and kids but I never missed any classes. My stress levels have gone down and I even feel younger than before. All the credit to you 😘 because, your workouts are amazing and make our body super energetic and feel so enthusiastic throughout the day. We wish we had a workout session even on Wednesday and Saturday 😛 Now I can fit into my old clothes and am confident in wearing western attire which is a big challenge for me after my sec baby.     25 days update! Started on Oct 4 to Oct 28. From 76.7 to 73.7 lost around 3 kgs. 😊 Followed diet and exercises but couldn't make up daily walking with 3 month old baby. Could see visible difference in belly😊.. thank you so much for the workouts, it's 👏amazing.

    Hi coach, I am very happy to inform you that i have reduced 3 kg wt fro 79 kg - 76 kg in one month of the session. I had followed good diet and occasional walking and missed 2 session but it was a fruitful effort.     Hi it's going to be a month since I have joined in another one week. I joined with zero hope that I will get back to my old weight but today morning when I checked my weight I was so happy.     I should thank you first Rosy. It's been a month joined the online class, I've reduced 1 kg in a month. Though the weight reduction is less, I could see more inch losses. I couldn't follow proper diet and walking but still ur exercises help to reduce weight. Every day different workouts, no repetitions, I really enjoy doing it.     Making oneself fit is the best gift one can gift to oneself. I gifted this team's online workout session to myself on last week of Feb'2022 and the difference I feel is really astonishing for me. I could feel inch loss around my midway and chest Also, my thigh and leg muscles are tight nowadays I couldn't follow walking, but use to do skipping ( 20 counts a day for 5 times) Followed 30% of the diet like cutting down the 'whites' and adding millets to my food routine.
