people working are good but Never go here. they dont even know to diagnose properly. Pathetic doctors. Especially not recommended for general physician and general check up. Highly unsatisfactory

During, oxygen demand time(May 2021), i was admitted with covid 19 here. They managed the oxygen demand & saved me. Staff Dr. & Nurses care gave me a rebirth my family was happy. Dedicated sincere staffs. Fees was nominal & no burden for us.

Strong suggestion not to admit near and dear ones in this highly money minded hospital. Treatment at its worst possible level, Inexperienced doctors with no skills at all rude attitude of staff finally money is all what matters. Dr.Praveen Dhas who heads the hospital will be so rude to you if you ask him for the condition of the patient he will kill the whole family with his harsh words. Retna Global Hospital 1) Worst hospital in the universe 2) If anyone met an accident in the center of the city the ambulance driver will directly go to Retna Global hospital. Ambulance driver Skipped near by hospitals like Frontline hospital, KMC, Deepan hospital, GH and Maruthi Hospital finally admitted in Retna Global. 3) Money minded hospital, we paid 1,12,000 for 1 day for small wound in 5 places. 4) No 1 fraudster (Same scenario happened like Tamil movie Ramana)

We visited 4 to 5 hopsitals for the ear pain in the early morning at 4 clock no one ready to admit in the hospital.but only retna global hospital admitted.Accompaniment of patients at any time without any frowning. The worst hospital I have been in my life. My sister’s husband got admitted here after he met with an accident and we had a pathetic experience overall 😞 1. Money Looters 😡 - They were not ready to share the details of charges unless we pay the bill. After 4 to 5 hours of continuous follow ups and waiting they made up a random list of charges. They decide on a bill value and then added details to match the bill amount. They charge for monitors which was never there in the ward. They loot money from people without a second thought. 3. Doctors 🤑 - No. of doctors available are less. Dr. Praveen is very smart in convincing patients and family for the treatment and extend the stay at the hospital. Wishing him good luck and happy life with the money he is looting from the needy people. 3. Nursing ☹️- Only a few are qualified to even connect drips to the line or add injections through drips. We have to do multiple reminders for giving injections or changing drips 4. Ambulance Driver Network 💰- We are still not able to understand why the ambulance driver picked my mama near Samalapuram and took him all the way to Trichy Central to get him admitted here. Only the ambulance driver knows 😑 Humble request to the hospital to be fair in charging the poor middle class families which comes trusting your hospital. I don’t think this review will make a difference to them. If this stops, at least one poor family not ending up here, I will be thankful to god & Google for it 🙏🏻

Worst Hospital I Ever Visited, Doctor are looting money like something, we were told the operation would cost 1.5 lakhs with all the charges.. ( including bed medicine and operation) when we visited. then we got admitted but when they provided final bill . The bill was approximately 2.9 lakhs and we told him it wasn't what we discussed earlier but he is telling now all that he can do is arranging the finance and he even told he can help us getting the finance done, we all ready aold our mom jewelry and arranged the 2lakhs, now we are help less. if you wanted to get looted please visit this hospital, I suggest please take bond paper and write the details how much it cost and then take the admission or else you will get looted like anything and then you will be helpless.

After a long time i visited this Hospital today . Doctor Praveen was very intelligent to detect my sickness very fast while others asked me to take a scan. He is so humble, polite and a well understanding person with patient. He explains briefly and make us to understand the things. The receptionists are also friendly. As i forgot my id number for it has been 2 yrs since i visited ,they waited patiently till i make a phone to my dear ones to know the id number. It made me surprise. Bcoz if it is others ,they would have asked me to put a new file.All the nurses are polite and friendly. Totally very Good Doctor and co workers . God bless you all. Hospital is clean and well maitained. Only one thing i dont like is making us to wait in the billing section and Pls make Gpay is available .
