All 5 star reviews are fake. The hotel owner is thug. He will charge for everything and will not full fill anything. Poor management and poor room quality. Don't spoil your wedding function already I have faced

Pretty nice palace 👌🏻, very supportive staff 🙏🏻🙏🏻, there's a big hall and open in backyard which creates perfection for parties. Food quality was superb.😋 👌🏻👌🏻 Very decent and fine place for any big functions. Hall is very spacious the design of the hall is something different from other guest houses. Finally,I would like to say with full confidence 🔥 • NEGI'S HOTEL GRAND is best in Kanpur. • Their arrangements and service was really very very very good. I would like to rate it a full 5/5.

Owner is really a THUG as pointed out by other people also. He doesn't have a sense to run a hospitality business. Rude and arrogant behaviour is what you will encounter here. Do not pay any advance to them as they will come down to cheating if you have any change of plans. Rooms are not clean, there is no room service as such. Everything has to be done on ur own. Do check the prices of other nearby hotels before making any payment.

Hotel owner is very nice person. Staff is unco-operative and very cheap. In cattering if some plates increasing u have to pay in between your event they dont have patience to wait for atleast finishing event. U have stop all your event and first pay them, very cheap people very unco operative. Way of talking is very rude. Dont spoil your event. They don't even bother to tell u that we are closing your food. My 10 -15 guests didnt get food. Don't spoil your image in front of your relative and your event also.

This is a very beautiful hotel. This hotel is best in Kanpur. And its parking area is also much better than any other place. The arrangement of this hotel is also excellent. There is also a facility of lift. Very luxurious arrangement has been given in the rooms here.🤩

Worst service, in fact they are parasites, fake promises and zero performance delivery. No security nor they were proactive. They function with child labour. When raised the issue they didn't take any initiative to mend it. Of all we had to remind them to provide us the services for what we have paid. No maintenance and was Unhygienic. They looted our family. The owner of the hotel was unreachable and unapproachable. Put us through a though times.

Worst experience! Worst service! Worst staff. The rooms were not clean, bed sheets were dirty, washrooms were unhygienic. The owner is practically a thug. He has no sense of running a hotel instead his approach towards guest is of a thug. I want to give zero or - stars but sad I’ll have to give one. They looted our family. Charges 4000 to 6000 for a room which didn’t even had clean bedsheets. Lift was not working on complaint they paid no attention.
