Worst bus service that i have used. I travelled from gurgaon to lucknow and returned also using samay shatabdi bus service. Major problem is they always take a hault in kanpur at around 6am and ask all the passengers to shift to the another bus. This is so irritating passengers are sleeping then we have to shift with our luggage. I have faced this issue two times and i asked the reason from them but they are quite. And They charge extra amount for luggage…no one do these cheap things. Highly disappointed with their worst bus service

You pay so much for your ticket and then they tell you that you have to pay more for keeping your luggage at the back. Then, when you arrive, the luggage is so dirty because of the dust. They get to the destiny some hours late and stop 3km before the station, in the middle of the road, where they have their agency office. From there, you have to take another transport and no one cares.
